Study On Economic Governance Of Basketball Activities In Xi’an Special Basketball Middle School

Twenty large conference of the communist party,the General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed "the implementation of the strategy relying on science and education,strengthen modernization construction personnel support" the important thoughts,points out that the national related department to do a good job in the people’s satisfactory education,implementation of khalid ents fundamental task,cultivation of art comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors.Since the retirement of President Yao,the Chinese men’s Basketball team has failed miserably in the world many times.The country has realized that the development of Chinese men’s basketball team should start from the most basic and start from campus basketball.In this regard,in 2015,the Ministry of Education formulated the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football and decided to extend the successful practice of campus football work to basketball and other programs.So far all over the country campus basketball characteristic schools began to gradually select the establishment.In 2017,2018 and2020,the Ministry of Education successively issued the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on doing a good job in the selection of schools featuring youth campus basketball.So far,campus basketball activities began to be gradually popularized all over the country,and the campus basketball games also developed better and better.I conducted a current research on the current situation of basketball activities in Xi ’an Basketball Characteristic Middle School,aiming to find out the influencing factors of the development of basketball activities in Xi ’an campus,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.By taking "campus basketball governance" as the key word,I found that there are very few literature studies on campus basketball governance.Therefore,I plan to take economic governance as the means.As a research subject,I think it has a high exploration value and is a good innovation point.This paper first analyzes the current situation of basketball activities in the middle school with basketball characteristics in Xi ’an City from eight aspects,then summarizes the different problems existing in eight aspects,and analyzes the existing problems from four indicators including price mechanism,supply and demand mechanism,regulation mechanism and supervision mechanism by means of economic governance.From the proposed four secondary dimension indicators as the starting point to formulate corresponding development countermeasures,in order to let Xi ’an and even the whole country primary and secondary schools can better develop on the basis of the "Campus Basketball characteristic School Evaluation indicators" issued by the Ministry of Education,do more perfect in all aspects.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and field survey to investigate 8 schools with basketball characteristics in Xi ’an in terms of teaching environment,facilities,basketball games,medical security,teachers and personnel training,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Results and Conclusions:1.Fund guarantee plays an important supporting role in the development of basketball activities in Xi ’an special basketball Middle School.There are obvious deficiencies in the maintenance and procurement of school basketball courts and equipment,as well as the procurement of medical supplies and tournament supplies.2.Some schools have only one full-time basketball teacher,and the teaching staff needs to be expanded;The number of basketball teacher training is not enough,the number of coach certificate holders is too small,and the number of off-campus research organizations needs to be increased.3.The teaching content is not rich,especially the theoretical knowledge is obviously lacking;The arrangement of teaching methods is relatively simple,mainly to explain the demonstration method,decomposition method,game method,competition method and so on.The teaching form is more traditional,individual teaching system and group teaching system are almost not used,and the teaching form is not changed according to the difference of students’ learning ability.4.The content of students’ basketball extracurricular activities is rich and diverse.Most schools do not provide targeted after-school training guidance to students,and the organization of students’ extracurricular training is not standardized;Most school students train once a week or even no training,the overall training situation is poor.5.The organization type of basketball games is relatively simple,mainly class games,grade league and teacher-student games held by most schools are few or even no;The number of organizing events did not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education,and the number of organizing events was relatively small.6.In terms of medical treatment,most schools do not organize students to study sports injuries in basketball classes and games,and do not do enough safety work and take relevant protective measures against basketball.7.There are various types of basketball cultural activities in the school,but the number of students participating is relatively small.Personal factors and family factors are the main reasons affecting students’ participation in basketball cultural activities.(2)Existing problems:Insufficient funds for campus basketball activities,the maintenance of court equipment is not in place,the supply of related equipment is insufficient;The number of teachers is small;Teaching method and organization form is single,teaching content is not comprehensive;There are serious deficiencies in after-school guidance services for students.The type of the event is single and the number of events is too few.Sports injury events are not handled in a timely manner and related medical supplies are not sufficient;Students are less involved in campus cultural activities,and the types of cultural activities are less.(3)Dimensions of economic governance:Based on the analysis of the current situation,economic governance is regarded as a means of governance,and the current situation is divided from four preset secondary indexes.The price mechanism dimension mainly includes campus basketball tournament funds,venue equipment costs,cultural activities funds,and medical security funds.The dimensions of supply and demand mechanism mainly include equipment supply,competition type,teaching method and organization form,extracurricular activity type and school team talent selection.The dimensions of regulation mechanism mainly include basketball teaching,student safety,teachers and basketball events.The dimensions of supervision mechanism mainly include government supervision,school leadership supervision,parents supervision and student supervision.(4)Economic governance factors:Through the factor analysis of 41 three-level indicators,five main potential factors were finally obtained.According to their importance,they were successively ranked as multiple adjustment index(11.888),fund guarantee index(4.730),supply and demand distribution index(3.547),supervision mechanism index(2.053)and teachers’ parents’ attitude index(1.002).(5)Development countermeasures:Increase investment in funds,optimize the proportion of funds allocation,and regularly purchase equipment,event supplies and medical supplies;Increase the types and organization times of cultural activities,and allocate the class time reasonably;Increase the number of teachers’ off-campus research,provide scientific research funds,and carry out sports injury safety lectures;Set up a supervision group,regularly conduct random checks on the school’s teaching environment and teachers’ teaching conditions,fine relevant personnel for dereliction of duty and report criticism;Parents’ seminars were organized to relieve teachers’ pressure on teaching.
