Research On Influencing Factors And Development Countermeasures Of Campus Table Tennis In Jinzhou Junior Middle School Under The Policy Of "Double Reduction"

The "Double Reduction" policy implements the educational thought of "Life First" and always insists on the basic principle of education.It is not merely confined to reducing the burden of overweight homework and off-campus training on the surface,but aims at constructing a new environment of pure education centered on education.Such educational background puts forward new requirements for school education,especially for physical education with the mission of "having fun,strengthening constitution,perfecting personality and tempering will".The introduction of the "Double Reduction" policy and the successive implementation of a series of policies are not only important measures to build a modern education system in the new era,but also the promotion of the reform of the existing education system.Table tennis has always been known as China’s "national ball",the large number of participants,to develop a wide range of middle school students to train physical and improve their logical thinking ability has a significant effect.Plus table tennis,basketball and other sports will be included in the test in sports,so table tennis has become a junior high school students focus on the choice of sports.Under the background of "Double Reduction" policy,the teaching of table tennis in schools has the advantages of good policy,the optimization of teacher resources and students’ pursuit of healthy development..In this paper,How.com and Wanfang Database are used to study the current situation of table tennis from teachers,administrators and students in 15 junior middle schools in Jinzhou.(2)Under the background of the "Double Reduction" policy,the development of table tennis in the campus of Jinzhou Junior Middle School is mainly influenced by four factors: students,schools,teachers and management.(3)In light of the factors influencing and restricting the "Double Reduction" policy,the relevant countermeasures are put forward.In view of the existing shortcomings,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)The government organs at all levels shall formulate the detailed rules for out-of-school sports services as soon as possible,and conduct regular examination and evaluation of out-of-school sports,and supervise the development of in-school sports.(2)All relevant departments and schools shall grasp the "double reduction" policy to improve the delayed service after physical education so as to ensure the sustainable development of table tennis teaching.(3)All junior high schools in Jinzhou shall resolve the shortage of school table tennis venues and equipment to provide more indoor table tennis venues for students.(4)All junior middle schools in Jinzhou shall provide suitable venues and teachers for the development of table tennis,and raise funds from various channels to provide fund guarantee for the development of table tennis.(5)All relevant functional departments shall actively support and guide junior middle schools in Jinzhou to organize regular table tennis matches so as to promote the development of table tennis in junior middle schools in Jinzhou.
