| With the rapid development of information technology in education, students’ informationreceiving habits have also changed.Using information technology to assist teaching is essential to stimulating students’ interest in learning, enriching curriculum resources, and improving teaching efficiency. As vocational education aims to cultivate technically skilled talents, the curriculum content and teaching methods should be more up-to-date.However,in the teaching process of resource and environment courses in secondary vocational schools, there are still problems.Information technology must be deeply integrated with classroom teaching, and the course content must be updated.Based on the current situation of using textbooks as the primary curriculum resources in the course of teaching, this thesis takes the course “Cartography and Map Drawing” as the research object, combines the existing problems such as unclear expression of geographic elements in the curriculum resources and low fit of downloaded map resources with the curriculum, and focuses on how to combine the characteristics of the subject with information technology tools and fully apply them in the development of curriculum resources. This thesis argues that according to the course content and the characteristics of the lecture target of “Cartography and Mapping”,the development of course resources using multiple software can realize the triple combination of image and text, theory and practice, and image and logic in the course teaching.Specifically,Corel DRAW,Illustrator,Premiere, and Photoshop are used to develop the course resources to enrich and make the teaching materials more vivid. In the role of teachers in the classroom, they can change from passive recipients of teaching resources to active developers of teaching resources. In terms of teaching effectiveness,it can achieve the purpose of mobilizing students’ interest in learning, helping them to improve their perception of phenomena and understanding of geography theory, enhancing their spatial cognitive ability, and realizing the flexible application of the knowledge learned. This thesis uses the literature research method, comparative analysis method, case analysis method, and questionnaire method to study the interactive use of the above four kinds of software in the course resource development of cartography and cartography for GIS majors in secondary vocational schools. This thesis’ s innovation point differs from the previous study of course resource development using single software. This thesis uses four kinds of image processing software to develop course resources that combine bitmap software with vector software, static pictures with dynamic pictures, audio and video, and realize the complementary advantages of the four kinds of software.Difficulties and critical points in the course content are redeveloped utilizing redrawing, map decoration, element superposition, splitting, and combination to help students internalize knowledge. In addition, this thesis provides the specific direction of course development. It uses four kinds of software to give a specific teaching case design for the course “Cartography and Mapping”.Research on developing curriculum resources is an important research direction in education and teaching.Promoting the innovation of education and teaching theory, deepening knowledge in the subject field, and integrating technology and education are significant. At the same time, the use of multiple software to develop the teaching resources of cartography and cartography for GIS majors in secondary vocational schools is conducive to improving the presentation effect of the course, enhancing practicability and individuation, enriching and diversifying educational resources, and improving the overall educational efficiency by thoroughly combining the differences of students’ learning situations and individual differences. It is of great significance to encourage students to master practical knowledge and skills. |
