With the rapid development of secondary vocational education and the policy of strengthening the construction of secondary vocational school teachers,teacher training has become more and more important as a necessary way to improve teachers' professional ability.On the other hand,the Ministry of Education has put artificial intelligence into the new curriculum standard,and Python is the most suitable programming language for artificial intelligence.At present,some secondary vocational schools have already opened Python program development courses,and there is an urgent need for more information technology teachers who are familiar with the Python language.After preliminary research,it was found that Python training courses have problems such as single knowledge,lack of system,lack of comprehensive application cases,and poor connection of teaching cases.This study first conducted a survey of industry,secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational information technology teachers to understand the training needs of secondary vocational information technology teachers to participate in the Python program development course.Then,through the practice of expert seminars,BAG analysis is used to identify and analyze typical tasks.Then,corresponding to four typical work tasks,theoretical knowledge and practical skills analysis are carried out around professional ability,and four learning projects of web crawling,web development,scientific computing and data visualization are determined.The corresponding learning situations are designed for each of the four learning projects,and the learning content of 32 class hours is included.Finally,the implementation of the course was evaluated using the Koch's four-level evaluation model.The teaching results show that the four learning projects designed in this study enable the vocational information technology teachers to quickly master the Python programming development skills and understand the application scenarios of enterprise internship development.The innovation of this research is to apply the concept of project education,modularization and flexibility of vocational education courses to the development of teacher training courses.The BAG analysis method is used to develop learning projects and learning tasks based on the subdivision work tasks.The learning process is derived from the work process.The final development of the Python Program Development project better reflects the professionalism of the vocational education curriculum.Application.
