| The cultivation of ideological and political master students has always been attached importance by the state,and academic pressure is very important to their academic development and physical and mental health.Reasonable response to academic pressure is conducive to promoting their all-round development.In recent years,the education of ideological and political master students has developed rapidly,and the academic pressure and coping problems of ideological and political master students have become increasingly prominent.It is urgent to solve the problem of coping with the academic pressure of ideological and political master students and realize the goal of cultivating high-quality and specialized talents with mental health for ideological and political major.This thesis focuses on the study of coping with the academic pressure of postgraduates majoring in ideological and political education.On the basis of studying and sorting out a large amount of information,it is based on Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,Socialism with Chinese characteristics’ s theory,ideological and political education theory,new pedagogy theory and social psychology theory.Combining with the particularity of ideological and political education major,the individual needs of ideological and political master students and the academic influence of school,family and social environment,taking ideological and political master students from Marxist colleges in many universities in China as the investigation objects,this thesis makes an empirical study on the academic pressure and coping status of ideological and political master students through interviews and questionnaires,and makes statistical analysis of data by using SPSS25.0 and Likert five-level scale.Through the research,it is found that the overall situation of academic stress of ideological and political master students is high,and the academic stressors from high to low are: study stress,competition stress,academic research stress,self and external expectation pressure.The overall situation of coping with academic stress of ideological and political master students is good,but there are obvious differences in gender,grade and family economic status.Through the analysis of the results,it is concluded that there are some problems in the academic stress of ideological and political master students,such as cognitive bias of academic stress,complex and diverse sources of academic stress,negative effects of academic stress,etc.There are some problems in coping with academic stress,such as the expectation of coping with academic stress needs to be reasonable,the attitude of coping with academic stress is not positive enough,the methods of coping with academic stress need to be improved,and the ability of coping with academic stress needs to be improved.The reasons for the problems lie in the following aspects:First,the self-regulation and defense of ideological and political master students’ academic stress coping are weak,including the lack of ideals and beliefs in life,weak psychological quality of academic stress coping,complicated social roles,increased academic and interpersonal burden,deviation of three views,the gap between understanding and reality,shallow academic literacy,and lack of in-depth communication with peers’ teachers.Secondly,the school’s guidance on coping with academic stress of ideological and political master students is insufficient,the curriculum of ideological and political master students needs to be improved,the special training for coping with academic stress of ideological and political master students is lacking,the campus culture of coping with academic stress of ideological and political master students needs to be optimized,and the tutor’s instruction on coping with academic stress of ideological and political master students is insufficient;Thirdly,the society’s guidance on the academic stress coping of ideological and political master students is not true,the society ignores the academic stress coping of ideological and political master students,and the support is insufficient.The change of network technology blunts the thinking ability and academic concentration,which needs to be improved.The social pluralistic values are mixed,and the mainstream ideological guidance needs to be strengthened.Improper response to academic pressure of ideological and political master students will lead to adverse consequences,such as emotional ups and downs,sensitive and indifferent interpersonal relationships,self-depression,avoidance,decreased learning efficiency,decreased physical fitness,frequent physical and mental diseases,etc.In view of the problems existing in coping with the academic stress of ideological and political master students,this thesis puts forward the following strategies: First,adjusting the expected guidance of coping with the academic stress of ideological and political master students can be achieved by adhering to the correct three views,dialectically understanding the academic stress,adhering to the foresight and orientation of ideological and political major,making a good academic plan,preventing psychological crisis,and evaluating the academic stress in various ways.Second,correct the attitude of postgraduates in ideological and political education to cope with academic stress,enhance their awareness of problems,establish a positive academic attitude,establish a correct ideological view,enhance their sense of social responsibility,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,cultivate a positive attitude to cope with academic stress,carry out self-education and actively participate in the construction of academic atmosphere of ideological and political education;Thirdly,optimize the methods of coping with academic stress of ideological and political postgraduates,actively popularize the major of ideological and political education,broaden the ways of coping with academic stress,make full use of the resources of ideological and political education,grasp its own growth law,pay attention to individual differences,form a good model of peer-to-peer assistance of ideological and political education,clarify the value and status of ideological and political education,and enhance professional identity;Fourthly,improve the ability of postgraduates in ideological and political education to cope with academic stress,grasp the goal of all-round development of ideological and political education,strengthen their practical ability and interpersonal ability,keep up with the times of ideological and political education,improve their insight and self-adjustment ability,set up firm quality and self-discipline,strengthen their psychological endurance,adhere to the combination of form and form,and cultivate good academic ability.It is hoped that the research in this thesis can promote the improvement of academic stress coping status of ideological and political master students,improve their mental health level,provide help for the education and management of ideological and political master students,and promote the development of ideological and political major. |
