Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Postgraduate Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

Shouldering the important mission of high-level talent training,innovation and creation,postgraduate education is an important pillar of national talent and technological competition.It is also the core force of promoting social development.The level of ideological and political education is an important indicator to measure the quality of postgraduate education.It affects the implementation of the fundamental task of morality building and talent cultivation in higher educational institutions,as well as the cultivation of high-level talents with both political integrity and the ability to serve the Party and our country.Now,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical landmark of our country,and also brings new development opportunities for postgraduate ideological and political education.In the new environment,we must firmly grasp the "lifeline" of ideological and political education.Strengthening and improving postgraduate ideological and political education,and continuously cultivate high-level and innovative talents with both political integrity and ability to contribute to the development of the cause of the Party and our country.Based on related concepts of the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era,this paper explains the requirements of the party and the country for the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era,and discusses the importance of strengthening and improving this education of postgraduates in the new era by integrating the Marx’s comprehensive development theory,the teleology of ideological and political education,the Communist Party of China’s relevant elaborations of the ideological and political education of youth and the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s statements about the importance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Moreover,this paper adopts methods such as literature analysis,system analysis,and investigation method.On the foundation of a large number of literature,the author analyzes the achievements and challenges of ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era by combining with the experience of visiting universities within the country and relevant investigations.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from strengthening the construction of the team,forming a pattern of full staff education,innovating educational methods and expanding educational approaches,as well as getting to know more about the campus life and optimizing the education environment.In addition,this paper aims to further enrich the research of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era and provide a reference for strengthening and improving the practice of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era.
