Postgraduate education is pretty vital to promote the modernization of education.It not only provides innovative talents for the national economic construction and social development,but becomes the key of the construction of national scientific,technological progress and innovation system.The development of postgraduates is a combination of academy and physical and mental development,in which academic pressure that is the product of the interaction between individuals and the environment,has great influence on their development.On the one hand,the academic system environment provides postgraduate students' academic growth with the conditions,on the other hand,it also affects their academic and physical and mental development.The analysis and exploring of the impact of academic institution environment on academic pressure of graduate students gives several valuable suggestions to the construction of college academic system environment.At the same time,it can create a harmonious atmosphere for university academic environment,guiding postgraduates to treat the academic pressure reasonably,make full use of the academic resources efficiently and strengthen their academic literacy.In this study,postgraduate students including postgraduate students in grade 1 to grade 3,were selected from Xinjiang university,Shihezi university,Yili normal university and Tarim university as research objects,and the survey was conducted by random sampling.1300 questionnaires were issued,in which 1126 questionnaires were collected and only 1041 questionnaires were valuable.SPSS21.0 software was used to conduct descriptive analysis,differential analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the investigation data of academic institutional environment and academic pressure of master students,so as to understand the academic institutional environment and the status quo of academic pressure of master students and explore the influence of academic institutional environment on academic pressure of master students.Finally,with the help of the interview data,the attribution analysis and reflection on the academic system environment on the academic pressure of postgraduate students are carried out.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)The overall academic system environment is good,but postgraduate students are still under the great academic pressure;(2)The postgraduate students from common universities and colleges have a higher scores in the evaluation of academic system than those from double first-class schools and disciplines.The evaluation score of the academic system environment of the Professional degree students in the academic category is higher than that of the academic degree students in the academic category.The postgraduate students of medicine had the highest score in the evaluation of academic system environment..Postgraduate students with good family economic situation have the best evaluation on the academic system environment.(3)the academic pressure of female postgraduate students is higher than that of male postgraduate students.The higher the grade,the less the academic pressure of postgraduate students.Meanwhile,literate postgraduate students have less pressure.(4)the better the academic environment becomes,the less academic pressure postgraduate students have.In order to improve the academic system environment of colleges and universities and relieve the academic pressure of postgraduate students,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)The government attaches great importance to postgraduate education and strengthens the regulation and environmental protection.The government will increase the coverage of postgraduate awards and grants to promote academic production.Establish a graduate student rights protection department to enhance the awareness of rights protection.Based on the first scene of postgraduate training,to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources.(2)Colleges and universities should construct the field of people-oriented academic system and optimize the construction platform of standardized environment.The proportion of academic power and administrative power in universities should be balanced and the relationship between them should be treated objectively.Establish an academic system suitable for its subject types,and truly improve the quality of postgraduate training.Enrich the knowledge reserve of teachers and fully implement the teaching system.Improve the tutor system and promote the transformation of academic institutions into academic communities.(3)Students learn to adjust themselves and improve their ability to evaluate the cognitive environment.Correct graduate attitude,play the subjective initiative.Cultivate academic interest and explore academic resources.Rational treatment of academic pressure,learn to adjust themselves.
