Under the framework of the current education reform,the ’ 3 + X ’ elective mode and the ’professional + school ’ voluntary filling mode enable students to choose a more suitable development path according to their own interests,specialties and professional tendencies,make more personalized choices,and give high school students more autonomy.However,it also requires students to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of self,career and society,and correctly grasp the relationship between self,career and society.Therefore,it is a general trend to carry out career planning education in high school so that students can make scientific value judgments and choices in their own professional development.The high school stage is an important period for the formation of teenagers ’world outlook,outlook on life,values and the establishment of self-identity,which needs to be carefully guided and cultivated.As a key course of moral education,the course objectives of high school ideological and political course include the cultivation of students ’ career planning ability.By guiding students to plan their own lives and enhancing their career planning ability,it not only conforms to the trend of the new college entrance examination reform,but also helps to enhance the effectiveness of high school ideological and political teaching and better cultivate students ’ core literacy.At present,the integration of career planning education into high school ideological and political teaching has achieved certain results.However,in teaching practice,effective integration is still insufficient,and the value of integration has not been maximized.Based on this situation,combined with the observation and investigation during the educational practice,this study attempts to explore the optimization strategy of integrating career planning education into ideological and political teaching from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into three parts,following the logic of ’ what ’,’ why ’ and ’ how to do ’ :The first part is an overview of career planning education.Firstly,the meaning of career planning education is clearly defined,and the content of career planning education is expounded from the perspectives of self-cognition,career cognition,planning and management ability.Secondly,from the three dimensions of goal,content and function,this thes analyzes the internal relationship between career planning education and high school ideological and political teaching.The two have the same goal,the same content and the same function.Finally,it discusses the multi-dimensional significance of integrating career planning education into high school ideological and political teaching in complying with the trend of the new college entrance examination reform,enhancing the effectiveness of high school ideological and political teaching and promoting the sustainable development of students ’ self.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of career planning education into high school ideological and political teaching.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,it is learned that many teachers and students have a certain sense of career planning,can recognize the important value of career planning education,and even a small number of students have relatively clear career goals.However,there are still some problems in teaching practice.From the perspective of teachers,some teachers lack integration into practice and do not effectively integrate the two in teaching.Some teachers who integrate into the exploration have problems such as rigid integration methods,single links,and missed opportunities;from the perspective of students,some students are narrow and superficial in career cognition and lack of career planning ability.In view of the existing problems,the reasons for its formation are deeply analyzed,which lays a foundation for further exploring optimization strategies and solving problems in a targeted manner.The third part is the optimization strategy of integrating career planning education into high school ideological and political teaching.High school ideological and political teachers are the main organizers and implementers of integrating career planning education into teaching.Therefore,teachers are the object of improvement measures,mainly including : first,teachers should change their awareness,improve their ability to integrate,and form a correct understanding of career planning education;second,we should study the textbooks,explore the integration nodes,and systematically grasp the integration points;third,broaden the field of vision,enrich the integration of resources,multi-channel development and utilization of integration of resources,give full play to the advantages of both internal and external resources;fourth,improve and update,explore integration methods,flexibly use various teaching methods such as selecting typical characters,planning debate activities,and performing role-playing to enhance the integration effect;fifth,seize the opportunity to integrate,skillfully use the introduction,after-school homework and instant evaluation,seize the opportunity,take the opportunity,move forward with the times,and improve the effectiveness of integration.
