At present, our country college students’ career planning education are on therise. Not only many universities have a career management course, andstrengthening of the college students’ career planning guidance. At the same time,China’s college students’ ideological and political education has been relativelyperfect. Our country almost all university opened the college students’ ideologicaland political education courses, and equipped with special teachers and formed arelatively perfect teaching system.However, our country at present college students employment form more andmore severe, many college students in the graduate unemployment has trouble.Therefore, from the current tensions ease college students’ employment system,solve the university student’s employment problem, we should explore new era ofcollege students career planning of the education of ideological and politicaleducation path.This paper from the college students’ employment is to solve the key problem of,this paper discusses the career planning, ideological and political education andcareer planning in the ideological and political education concept, and generalizesthe college students’ career planning in the ideological and political education, andanalyzes the college students’ career in ideological and political education of theproblems and the reason of the existence of the problem, and finally puts forwardsome perfect our country’s career planning of ideological and political education inthe countermeasures.
