Pofessional career planning is a kind of the design and arrangement throughout the life of college students, it can better realize the coordinated development of personal and social. it is closely related to getting a good job. it is a means of education which could assess on students’ own advantages, disadvantages, the situation of environment, deeply analyzing themselves what can they do, how to do and how to realize their social value.This paper analyzes the causes of problems and puts forward the countermeasures,providing for scientific references to the teachers on college students’ career planning.Realize the effective integration of the career planning education and ideological and political education, giving full play to the common educational goal of the two kinds of education.
