Research On The Integration Of Career Planning Education Into High School Ideological And Political Teaching

Under Under the background of the new college entrance examination and new curriculum reform,high school students have more subject choices.Subject selection has a great impact on students' future filling in the application and career development.The high school stage is a period in which young people's world outlook,outlook on life and values are gradually shaped.What's more,it is also a critical period for implementing the basic task of moral education in the course of high school ideological and political theory courses.And it is necessary to guide and train young people carefully.The integration of Career Planning Education into the ideological and political course in senior high school not only meets the needs of the times,but also meets the teaching objectives of the course.Through the research and analysis of the literature and the ideological and political teaching materials of the People's Education Press,the main contents of the high school career planning education under the background of the new college entrance examination reform are understood,and the necessity and possibility of integrating the career planning education into the ideological and political teaching are discussed,in this paper,a questionnaire survey and personal interviews were conducted among students and political teachers of four senior High Schools in Changsha on the integration of Career Planning Education into ideological and political education.Here are some survey results: First,in terms of school teaching,the current career planning education in senior high schools becomes a mere formality,because schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to career planning education.In the aspect of students' cognition,senior highschool students lack the consciousness of career planning.Second,as for teachers' professional quality,most teachers do not have enough awareness and theoretical knowledge of career planning.Meanwhile,their ability of developing career planning education resources is insufficient.Third,in the aspect of teaching implementation,teachers lack skills and abilities in integrating career planning education into ideological and political teaching,and the form of integrating career planning education into ideological and political teaching is relatively conservative.According to the problems existing in the integration of career planning education into ideological and political teaching,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:schools should attach importance to improving teachers' awareness and ability of career planning;and teachers should dig up career planning education resources in ideological and political course textbooks,improve the teaching skills of integrating career planning education into ideological and political courses,and innovate the forms of integrating career planning education into ideological and political classroom teaching and practical teaching.
