In order to reverse the rigidity of scientific inquiry, there has been a shift from "inquiry" to "practice" in the development of science education in recent years.Chemistry is one of the important disciplines in the field of science education, and the development of science education can provide some guidance for the development of chemistry education. The practical shift also continues to penetrate from the theoretical level to the level of chemistry classroom teaching, and the teaching based on scientific practice broadens the horizon of inquiry teaching, emphasizes the integration of knowledge and practice, and highlights the interactive social properties of science, which is conducive to deepening students’ understanding of the nature of science It is also conducive to deepening students’ understanding of the nature of science and developing core literacies. This study is based on existing research in scientific practice, combined with the requirements of the new version of the chemistry curriculum standard and the characteristics of the chemistry discipline,to develop a scientific practice analysis framework. On the official website of "One Teacher,One Excellent Class,One Lesson,One Teacher",21 high school and 21 junior high school lessons were selected to carry out scientific practice in the classroom based on themes and levels.Based on the analysis framework,90 scientific practice activities in the lessons were analyzed, and the current situation of scientific practice in middle school chemistry classrooms was obtained.Teaching suggestions were proposed based on the implementation status. The following is the main content of the thesis:This study is based on the research background, current research status, and research trends of the current development of scientific practice.Combining domestic and foreign policy documents and the characteristics of the chemistry discipline,an analytical framework for scientific practice is developed from three dimensions: the type of scientific practice, the implementation of scientific practice, and the function of scientific practice. And further divide the type dimension into three sub dimensions: investigation practice, meaning construction practice, and critical practice; The implementation dimension is divided into eight sub dimensions: duration, problem posing, practical nature, student activities, teacher organization, argumentation situation, activity process, and knowledge coupling; The functional dimension is divided into four sub dimensions: cognitive, cognitive, emotional, and socio-cultural.Based on the framework,an analysis was conducted on 21 high school and 21 middle school lesson examples, and the current application status of scientific practice in middle school chemistry classrooms was obtained: scientific practice is widely used in middle school chemistry classrooms, but the richness of practical types needs to be improved; Most teachers lack a deep understanding of scientific practice and are limited to scientific exploration models without making innovations, often neglecting the development of critical practice; The subjectivity of students in practice needs to be improved, and the combination of using their brains, hands, and mouth is not good; The teaching function of scientific practice in cognitive and socio-cultural aspects has not been fully utilized. And there are also certain differences in the implementation of scientific practice in middle and high school classrooms. Finally, based on the current application status of scientific practice in middle school chemistry classrooms, teaching suggestions were proposed: breaking through the constraints of models and carefully designing practices in combination with teaching practice;Emphasize the participation of thinking and pay attention to the subject status of students;Connect with social reality and fully utilize the social and cultural functions of scientific practice;Optimize the organization of activities and highlight the flexibility and diversity of practice.
