| Research purpose: By applying core strength training and traditional physical training to the experimental group and the control group,to compare and analyze the differences in the test techniques of the subjects in the two groups,so as to provide scientific and effective training methods for table tennis players from Southeast University to improve their sports skills.Through the core strength training and teaching of physical training of southeast university table tennis athletes intervention,comparison and evaluate the training effect and influence,explore different training means of southeast university table tennis players eight abdominal bridge,Sahrmann test,the change of basic technical level,to improve the special technical ability to provide theoretical and practical basis,provide safe and effective training intervention methods and patterns.Research method: this paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistical method,the southeast university of 20 players for eight weeks,three times a week experimental intervention,according to the parity lottery method is divided into experimental group,experimental group using core strength training,control group adopts the traditional physical training.Before and after the test for all subjects two core strength training evaluation test indicators(eight abdominal bridge,Sahrmann test)and five table tennis basic technology test indicators(forehand ball pull,backhand ball,forehand,backhand and forehand ball combination),the experimental data before and after paired sample t-test,group data for independent sample t-test.After the experiment,whether the change of core forces was related to the stability of different table tennis basic techniques was analyzed.Propose:Conclusion Results:(1)In both the experimental and control groups,the eighth-level abdominal bridge and the Sahrmann test were significantly improved,and the effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)Core strength training significantly improved the landing point score score and success rate of the five basic techniques in the experimental group,but not in the control group.(3)There is a positive correlation between the change of core strength and the landing and success rate of different table tennis skills.Conclusion:(1)Core strength training has a great effect on promoting the improvement of the stability of the basic technology of table tennis,especially in the landing point and the success rate.(2)The Core strength training can improve the stability of the basic technical skills of table tennis more effectively than the traditional physical training.(3)The influence of core strength training on the five basic technologies is the combination of backhand backspin ball pull ball,backhand top spin ball pull ball,forehand top ball pull ball,backhand top spin ball pull ball.Propose:(1)Core strength training plays a positive role in promoting the core strength of high-level table tennis players,the hitting point and success rate of basic technology,and the core strength training should be added to the table tennis physical training.(2)Only the landing point factors and success rate are considered in the basic technical test indicators of table tennis.In future studies,the test of strength,speed and rotation factors can be added to make the research results more convincing.(3)The choice of time and content of physical training should meet the characteristics of learning and training in colleges and universities,and improve efficiency and make reasonable arrangements in the process of physical training.(4)In the physical training,the core strength training and traditional physical training cross training,so as to get better physical training effect. |
