Core strength training,is widely applied in each project training,and in the application of martial arts as a representative of traditional ethnic sports study is relatively small,especially in taiji project.Core strength training significantly positive role in numerous projects is not highlighted in taijiquan project,scientific theory has not been further verification,we look forward to the boxing project by this study reveals the core strength training of the scientific method,for shaanxi province taijiquan training provides the certain reference value.In this study,the scientific research methods such as literature,observation,interview and experiment are used to analyze and analyze the difficult movements of high-level Taijiquan athletes in Shaanxi province.Core strength training training intensity is low,static and dynamic combination,in a variety of physical posture and exercise state of practice,is very suitable for Taijiquan project movement and competition characteristics,while training methods flexible,easy to implement,domestic and foreign related The study generally argues that core strength training has a positive effect on athlete coordination,flexibility,balance and control.Therefore,the research content of this topic lies in the core force training method of Taijiquan athletes have a positive role in the promotion of sports.We choose the FMS functional test to measure the athlete's core strength training effect,that is,physical stability,balance,and reflected in the tai chi competition project difficult to complete the quality of the special competitive ability,we select the athletes to participate in the core strength training before and after the Basic athletic ability;select the original feet to take off the rotation angle,pedaling foot,foot and other basic action test athletes special sports ability;choose to stand closed one leg standing test method to test athletes static balance;select the international popular SEBT star Shape offset test to detect the athlete's dynamic balance ability,and finally choose to fly inward swivel inward swivel 180 ° + knee independent,whirlwind feet 360 ° + knee independent and other difficult to maximize the test athletes special athletic ability.Through the experiment,we find that the high level tai chi athletes in Shaanxi province have more difficulty in losing points on the field;the high level tai chi athletes in Shaanxi province have higher basic sports quality;the core strength training can improve the special athletic ability of high level tai chi athletes in Shaanxi province The core strength training can improve the static and dynamic balance ability of the high level tai chi athletes in Shaanxi province.The core strength training can improve the quality and success rate of the high level tai chi athletes.We propose to increase the specialized training for the difficulty of losing points;the core theory of strength training and the popularization of coaches and athletes need to be further strengthened;the core strength training should be combined with the traditional strength training and special characteristics of the Taijiquan project Strength training to achieve good results.We try to study the influence of the core strength training on the high level men athletes in Taiyuan,Shaanxi Province,and explore a set of scientific theories to provide theoretical basis and reference value for the scientific training of Taijiquan in Shaanxi Province.
