Investigation And Analysis On The Present Situation Of Moral Education In Wushu Social Training Institutions In Qinhuangdao City

In October 2022,the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the development goals of education in the past five years include: "running education that satisfies the people" and "implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent".Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2014 first explicitly stated that "cultivating morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of education",the demand for implementing the fundamental task has been further enhanced.However,considering the impact of bad martial arts practitioners in today’s society,whether the education of cultivating morality and cultivating talents in martial arts education is in place,how to fundamentally solve the negative impact of martial arts practitioners on society from the perspective of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and how to respond to the call of the country to cultivate "moral and talent" talents to cultivate new martial arts talents have become urgent issues that need to be considered and solved.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,case analysis,mathematical statistics and expert interviews,this thesis investigates the current situation of Zhongde Shuren education in the martial arts social training institutions in Qinhuangdao.Through investigation,analysis,and comparison,it was found that there are the following problems in the neutral moral education of martial arts social training institutions in Qinhuangdao City: 1.Coaches do not have unified requirements for the class hours of moral education.Some institutions have a relatively low frequency of education on moral education.2.There is no uniformity or mandatory requirement for the evaluation method of moral education and talent cultivation.3.Some coaches need to further improve their theoretical understanding of moral education.4.There are significant differences in the educational effects of different martial arts schools on cultivating morality and cultivating talents.5.According to statistics,there is no significant difference in the impact of years of martial arts practice on students’ moral level.In response to the above situation,combined with excellent cases,in order to assist the high-quality development of martial arts social training institutions in Qinhuangdao City,the following countermeasures are proposed:1.In terms of coaching.Strengthen the training of coaches in moral education and talent cultivation.By participating in training or engaging in horizontal communication and learning from a vertical to a higher level,one can gain a deeper understanding and grasp of the importance of implementing the moral education policy in martial arts teaching,and broaden teaching ideas and methods.2.In terms of martial arts schools.Martial arts schools should provide corresponding conditions for conducting moral education and cultivating talents.For example,providing corresponding equipment and courseware,improving the teaching environment,developing evaluation systems and assessment standards for martial arts education.3.In terms of trainees.For students or their parents who do not have a deep understanding of moral education and do not attach enough importance to it,they should gradually change their thinking,not only focus on improving their martial arts skills and physical fitness,but also on improving their ideological and moral standards.4.On the government side.On the basis of introducing martial arts into the campus,through strict review and control,open the door for martial arts social training institutions to enter the campus,introduce well run martial arts social training institutions into the school,and achieve complementary advantages between the two.
