| The importance of after-school service governance in Chinese primary and secondary schools has been paid more and more attention,after-school service is developing vigorously,and after-school sports service in schools is gradually developing.The advantages and problems of service begin to emerge,and the unbalanced after-school service in primary and secondary schools needs to be addressed and diversified collaborative governance of after-school service is the way to solve the dilemma.Therefore,it is urgent to study collaborative governance in primary schools and after-school sports services.This paper takes "collaborative governance of after-school physical education services in Huizhou urban primary schools" as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and study the status quo,existing difficulties and collaborative governance strategies of the after-school physical education services in eight primary schools in Huizhou urban areas.It is expected to provide reference for collaborative governance of after-school sports services in primary schools,improve service quality,and promote the development of after-school sports services in primary schools.The study reached the following conclusions:1.Primary schools in Huizhou urban area choose after-school sports service activities according to policies and actual conditions of the school.The service organization forms are various.But the programs offered are not rich enough,and a few parents do not support their children’s participation.2.Huizhou urban primary school PE after-school service teachers are insufficient,service consciousness is weak,venue equipment is insufficient,class frequency is not completely reasonable,lack of security,service demand and supply imbalance.3.Huizhou urban primary school sports after-school service government guidance schools to establish cooperation mechanism and evaluation system is not enough,school and social institutions lack of coordination,multi-party collaborative governance system is not perfect,unable to establish multi-party collaborative governance supervision,evaluation and management system.4.From the perspective of collaborative governance,Huizhou municipal government,schools and social organizations should work together to strengthen the construction of top-level policies and regulations,improve laws and policies related to after-school services,and standardize the division of responsibilities of after-school services;Cultivate multi-party cooperative subjects and establish cooperative information sharing communication platform;Establish collaborative cost allocation mechanism and collaborative supervision and evaluation mechanism,and construct multi-subject collaborative governance service mechanism;Strengthen the construction of after-school service teachers and enrich after-school sports service content;Improve the management measures of after-school services in schools to improve the quality of after-school sports services collaborative governance in Huizhou urban primary schools. |
