The adolescent stage is an important period of physical and mental development,when student of physiology develops rapidly,but their psychological development lags behind their physiological development,making it easy to overlook life.Young people of life consciousness is weak,so it is urgent to attach importance to the development of youth life education.At present,most schools in China haven′t formed specialized courses for life education,mainly integrating life education into subject teaching.As a discipline that studies life phenomena and the laws of life activities,biology textbooks contain a lot of life education materials.Therefore,conducting life education in high school biology teaching has unique advantages.By carrying out life education,high school students are encouraged to understand the uniqueness and irreversibility of life,so as to know how to cherish life,appreciate life,and actively explore the value and significance of life.This study adoptsmethods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,intview,lifeand,theeduc connotational ationexper andimen tt.Throughheoretical l basisiteratur oe fre lifesearc eh,ducathe tionconc weept rean cd charactlarified,e andristic ts heofcurrent research status of life education research at home and abroad was understood.Through student questionnaire surveys and interviews with high school biology teachers,the current statusof life education implementation was grasped and discussed.On this basis,carefully studythe textbook,excavate and sort out the life education content of Com-pulsory One and Compulsory Two in high school biology textbooks.This paper tries to tpeuatc fhoirnwg:a rsdi tusoatmioen t ecarcehaitniogn sttreaatcehgiinegs tsot rcaatrergyy,o uti nliqfuei reyd tuecaactihoinn gi ns trhaitgehg ys,cchoooolp ebriaotliovgey learning strategy,teachingstrategy based on STS education concept,problem-based tea-ching strategy,model construction teaching strategy.The teaching design of life education has been formulated.Inthe educational practice,a four month teaching practice study was conducted on high school students in Qinzhou City who were in their first year of high school.After the practice,the teaching effect of life education was investigated by questionnaire.The following results of the study.(1)The level of life outlook among high school Stu-dents is not high.The pretest found that the overall average score of students of out-look on life was 3.67,which is at a moderate level.The average score for each dimension of life view was between three andfour points,which was also medium.(2)Factors such as teachers of incomplete understanding of life education,insufficient exploration of life education content in textbooks,tight class hours,heavy teaching tasks,and insufficient emphasis on life education by schools and teachers constrain the development of life educa-tion.(3)Carrying out life education in high school biology teaching has certain effects.The paired sample T-test was conducted for the pre-test and post-test,and it was found that the P values of the students of overall life outlook,life emotion and attitude outlook,life health and safety outlook,life value and significance outlook,life and death outlook,and life education outlook were all less than 0.05.This indicates that there is a significant ddiifmfeernesnicoen sbheatdw deveen etlhoep epd.re test and post test,overall life outlook and life outlook in allThe following conclusions were drawn from this study.(1)It is necessary to carry out life education for high school students.The outlook on life among high school students is not optimistic and their life consciousness is weak,so it is very necessary to carry out life education for them.(2)Multiple factors restrict the development of life education.The life education literacy among teachers,the shortage of class hours,and the lack of emphasis on the implementation of life education by teachers and schools all affect the effective imple-mentation of life education.(3)It is feasible to carry out life education in high school bio-logy teaching.By combing and analyzing high school biology textbooks,it was found that they contains a lot of life education materials.In addition,after a semester of teaching practice,students′overall view of life and all dimensions of life have improved.It indicates that it is feasible to carry out life education in high school biology.In order to further improve the teaching effectiveness of life education,the author puts forward four suggestions:Teachers should consciously improve the quality of life education.Teachers should study the textbook carefully and dig deeply into the content of life educa-tion in the textbook.Teachers should actively carry out life education and explore the effective teaching strategies of life education.Schools should attach sufficient importance to life education.
