With the development of quality education and the continuously advance in new curriculum reform, our country’s ultimate goal in education aims at promoting the integrated development in mental and physical for the middle school students. To achieve this goal, the life education would be an important part. In this special period of physical and mental condition for high school students, the heavy burden of academic increased the mental pressure of the students. Even some of these students would present the lack of the awareness of life which might led to a tragedy in their life. Biology class is a course of investigating the life in the field of nature science. This class contains various knowledge about life. Therefore,it has a unique advantage and necessity for conducting the life education in high school’s biology class.This research based on three fundamental theories. There are the Marxist on all-round human development, the Generalization of Rogers and the theory of life education of Tao Xingzhi. According to these related literature material, the author recognized the present condition of domestic and international perspective about the research of the life education.After this, the author designed a questionnaire about the life education in high school student around Jinan area. The result of the questionnaire indicated that the condition of life education in Jinan area was quite positive which showed the students’ attitude, behavior and the life value in a positive tendency. Meanwhile, some part of students’ life value appeared to be biased. There were some obvious phenomena with the ignorance of certain disease, the disconnection between life education and life behavior. In the consideration of these phenomena, author combined the literature material and the interview content with author’s own teaching experience in order to propose a response strategy of conducting life education in the high school’s biology class. It also helped the improvement of the practical teaching in the training process.For everyone, life only can be once. The preciseness of life is self-evident. It is vital for the biology class to develop a proper life education immediately. The purpose of this research attempted to evoke the focus on life education in the perspective of educators and related academic staffs and provide a better referring strategy and case for the life education in the high school’s biology class.
