Since Professor Zhang Wei first proposed the concept of "unconventional" physics experiments in China in 2005,"unconventional" physics experiments have gradually become the subject of research and innovation that many researchers and middle school teachers like to study,among which the effectiveness of "unconventional" physics experiments in the teaching of physical concepts has been confirmed many times,but in actual teaching,most teachers rarely use "unconventional" physics experiments.Many teachers will say,"I just think it’s cumbersome to use,and I don’t have as much time to use it." The phrase "cumbersome" seems to sum up the reasons why teachers are reluctant to use "unconventional" physics experiments,but what exactly does this "trouble" refer to?What are the specific problems and difficulties in using "unconventional" physics experiments in actual teaching?This paper surveyed 42 front-line teachers in the form of questionnaires and summarized the possible difficulties and problems in using "unconventional" physics experiments for teaching.By reviewing literature and books,listening to open classes,teaching practice,communicating with colleagues,listening to student feedback,etc.,the author actively collects examples of "unconventional" physics experiments implemented in the classroom for research,and combines his own experience in teaching practice to summarize some solutions to the possible problems and difficulties in the use of "unconventional" physics experiments in actual teaching,which are summarized as follows:(1)Correctly understand the role of "unconventional" physical experiments(2)Test students’ original concepts(3)Set up display cabinets and material cabinets for "unconventional" experiments in school laboratories(4)Effectively combine conventional experiments with unconventional experiments(5)Teacher demonstration experiments are combined with students’ independent experiments(6)Arrange "unconventional" physics experiment operationsBased on the strategies proposed in this paper,the author designed a teacher interview questionnaire,invited 4 front-line teachers to be interviewed,learned the real views of several front-line teachers on the strategies proposed in this paper,tentatively verified the effectiveness of the strategies,and provided reference for subsequent educational practices.Finally,the author applies the strategies proposed above to teach physics concepts in teaching practice,and verifies that the application of strategies can improve students’ academic performance,so as to verify the effectiveness of the relevant strategies proposed for the teaching of physics concepts using "unconventional" physics experiments.
