College student community is not only an important place for students to rest,entertainment and live,but also a place for college students to conduct education management and service,and an important field to practice the concept of "Sanquan education".The management style and level of student community directly affect students’ happiness and satisfaction.It is also related to the play of the student community education function and the realization of the fundamental task of "moral cultivation".Under the existing traditional "administrative" management mode of student work in colleges and universities,the management mode of student community also presents the characteristics of "emphasizing management over service",and the college student group presents more diversified characteristics and diversified needs than before.There is a gradual contradiction between traditional work techniques and students’ new needs,which not only negatively affects students’ satisfaction and sense of belonging to the school and the student community,but also hinders the play of student community education function in colleges and universities.Finding ways and paths to solve this contradiction has become an important problem of colleges and universities at present.Taking the student community service project of L University as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and participatory observation to analyze the needs of the student community of L University,demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of social work participating in the management of the student community of L University,and expounds the specific ways and contents of social work participating in the management of the student community of L University.The case shows that social workers adhere to "student-oriented" in the process of community work,try to integrate resources inside and outside the community of students,respond to the needs of the community of students,wake up the awareness of students to participate in community action,and promote the development of L University student community from two aspects of "carrying out social work services in the community of students" and "promoting the development of the community of students".To inject professional values,theories and methods of social work into student community management.Under the guidance of social ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the needs and resources of students in the student community of L University and the student community itself,and carries out the practice of community service for students of L University under the guidance of relevant research results and community development theory.Through the research of theory and practice,the general path of social work involvement in college students’ community management is put forward as follows: pay attention to students’ community participation consciousness and smooth the channels of community participation,carry out social work service in the student community,integrate resources to respond to the needs of the community and students,and promote the awakening of students’ subjective consciousness in the community.At the same time,the paper summarizes the limitations found in the "duplex linkage" working mode in practice and puts forward relevant suggestions.
