Research On The Application Of Social Work In The Practice Of College Students' Community

As a new type of community,the college student community is accompanied by the gradual deepening of the teaching reform in colleges and universities,and increasingly reflects its popularity and uniqueness,and the influence of college students' community work on the development of university groups has an irreplaceable role.This article based on the G University student community,explore how professional social work can be embedded in existing college student community work systems to better provide students with emotional support,and analyze the embedded patterns in the work process.This study is based on social support theory,the author and community workers set up a service project to build a community student emotional support system for college students,take action research methods to participate in student community work practice,non-structured interview and practical observation are used as data collection methods.The study found that social work and college student community work have a high degree of ideological agreement,embedding social work in the study of community work in colleges and universities can promote the construction of student community emotional support system,meet the diverse needs of colleges and students,improve the quality of student community services.At the same time,in the aspect of social work embedding in the work model of college students' community work,should be achieved in a collectively oriented student value,democratically oriented student social participation,mutual-oriented helper service as a concept choice.Take student development as the main goal,develop a work plan based on the actual needs of the community,emphasizing the core of student engagement,widely-coordinated work strategies as a principle of choice.With the "embedded" mode of service,student demand-oriented service development,multi-sector cooperation strategy,mining community resources for the concept of brand building as a path choice.And based on this,this article makes a professional reflection on the dilemma and development of social work embedded in the work of college students' community and the relationship between college students' community social work and school social work.Although the "path dependence" thinking of current college student community work and the role of college student community workers are not clearly defined,to a certain extent,it has affected the process of the transformation of college students' community work into social work,but by embedding social work within the existing system of college student communities,inspire the growth of internal change factors,and then create endogenous ways conducive to the development of social work,it will be the main trend of community work for college students in our country.
