The group of student leaders in colleges is very important in management of students. However, there are some problems in the student leaders under the enormous positive energy aura, such as job burnout, and so on. Which also bring a certain amount of trouble to the student leaders in work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen research on work burnout to improve the situation.In this study, taking the J university in Jiangxi province as an example, from the perspective of social work, the status and influencing factors of College Student Leaders in the presence of burnout is understood and analyzed by questionnaires, field observations, interviews and other methods. Taking social work as a perspective, the burnout in the presence of Student leaders in colleges is studied. The status of job burnout of College Student Leaders is described. Work high expectations, role positioning, work pressure, lack of social support and other factors in the presence of college student leaders are viewed the main reasons that cause phenomenon of the job burnout of the student leaders in the work. The feasibility of intervention of social work in social work is analyzed from social work values, work skills and the development trend. The necessity of social work intervention is analyzed from establishment of a correct understanding of job burnout, skills of dealing with it and social support. The trend of social work intervention is pointed out from innovation management,timely management ideas and management models.The service was carried out by the methods of case work and group work according to the demand situation service objects. The growth conditions of the service objects is observed, recorded and compared in the process of service. The gains and losses of the service process are reflected. The effects of two working methods in intervention on burnout of the two student leaders are assessed cadres. Appropriate programs of social work intervention work burnout of student leaders are explored.The research got the following results by studying. There is a degree of work burnout in work in college student leaders, high expectations of work, role positioning, large work load, the bad working environment and the lack of appropriate and effective social support are the major factors which causes the work burnout of college student leaders. The methods of social work for student leaders work burnout is necessary and feasible, which can help alleviate the burnout of student leaders in work. At the same time the following difficulties encounter in the service process:The author’s own capacity is insufficient. The college student leaders may once again fall into work burnout. The involvement is lack of depth and breadth. This article makes the following recommendations:we should take joint intervention model and explore effective management mechanism to intervene the burnout of college student leaders.
