| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,school physical education has entered a new journey of comprehensively and deeply building a team of high-quality professional and innovative teachers under the guidance of the thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era.It is of great significance to improve teachers’ post evaluation to meet the new requirements and stimulate their vitality in education.The construction and evaluation of teachers in basic education stage is a difficult problem in current education reform and development,and the evaluation of physical education teachers is a very weak link.By means of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,we conducted in-depth research on 31 public primary schools in 11 administrative regions of Guangzhou,and conducted in-depth interviews with relevant experts and leaders.The content includes the construction of primary school PE teachers,PE teaching and teaching research,and the status quo of post evaluation.After analyzing the survey results,the conclusions are as follows:1.The post evaluation content of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Guangzhou mainly includes: teaching years,educational background,number of class hours,teaching research and scientific research achievements,administrative position management and other modules.The work content module of post evaluation needs to be set up in dimension classification.The concept of classification setting includes:(1)the dimension of physical education teaching,(2)the dimension of teaching research and scientific research,(3)the dimension of professional title evaluation,(4)the dimension of other campus sports work inside and outside the school.2.The actual effect and satisfaction of job evaluation in public primary schools in Guangzhou still need to be further improved,and the evaluation on the content of school physical education work carried out by physical education teachers in job evaluation is not comprehensive.(1)Lack of part-time teaching work on campus in the setting of post evaluation;(2)serving as the referee of off-campus competition;(3)serving as the expert work of off-campus sports related councils and associations.Job evaluation needs to improve the above work modules of physical education teachers in primary schools.3.The post evaluation of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Guangzhou covers a variety of evaluation forms,but does not distinguish the post evaluation forms.The post evaluation of physical education teachers in primary schools should adopt a combination of various evaluation forms.The form setting of post evaluation should consist of at least three levels and two ways.The evaluation level should cover the school level,the student level and the teacher level,and the evaluation method should include direct evaluation and indirect evaluation.4.Job evaluation is an important reference basis for performance and performance issuance.Balance the difference of post evaluation between physical education and other disciplines,reduce the adverse factors of post evaluation between disciplines,improve the enthusiasm of physical education teachers to participate in school physical education work,and give play to the role of post evaluation in guiding physical education teachers to take the initiative to improve themselves.This study only focuses on the module setting,dimension setting and evaluation form setting in the post evaluation of primary school physical education teachers.There is a lack of further research on the dimension weight ratio and quantitative setting of evaluation index of primary school physical education teachers’ post evaluation. |
