As an extremely important human resource,college students are an important force in the process of implementing the strategy of invigorating China through the development of science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through the development of human resource,realizing the great dream of reviving China and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The contradiction between the development trend of the popularization of higher education and the more elite of the social needs makes the employment problem of college students particularly serious.Whether college students can achieve reasonable allocation,to achieve the best match between staff and position,can effectively promote the national economic development,people's livelihood improvement and social stability and many other aspects,but also related to the college and college students can fully reflect the personal values.Therefore,the effective conduct of college students vocational guidance and achieve the best Staff-position Matching,has become the national universities' and the college students' inevitable equirement,with profound significance.In this paper,under the guidance of the concept of "Staff-position Matching",this paper makes use of the methods of literature search,questionnaire survey,comparative law and historical research as so on to study college students' vocationgal guiandace as basic idea of "investigating the present situation-summarizing the problem and making suggestions".This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly includes the research and the significance of research questions,the literature review,research ideas and methods,research difficulties and innovation and so on,aiming at clarifying the overall research framework of the paper and laying a foundation for constructing the thesis subject.The second chapter is the overview of the Staff-position Matching Theory about Vocational Guidance.This paper mainly expounds the meaning and origin of the theory,the main factions and development,analyzing the significance of the theory to the vocational guidance of the college students.The third chapter is the current research on the present situation of the college students' vocational guidance.Based on the "Staff-position Matching" as the important theoretical basis,aiming at the questionnaire of the quo of vocational guidance of the college students in China,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the investigation and the data analysis to some colleges and universities in Shandong Province and Jiangxi Province in order to understand the current status of the college students' vocational guidance.The fourth chapter is to analyze the problems of the current college students' vocational guidance.Combined with the research data of this paper,analyze the general situation of vocational guidance of college students in China,summarize the main problems.The fifth chapter is the suggestions for the college students' vocational guidance.This is the core focus of this paper,and the author could throw out some suggestions from the country,universities and students three levels,closing to the "Staff-position Matching" related concepts,in order to improve the college students' vocational guidance as putting forward the corresponding recommendations,with a view to the study ofhe college students' vocational guidance in China to provide a certain angle,exchange discussion.
