In 2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued two documents,"The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era",which put forward targeted suggestions for the school physical education evaluation work and promoted the deepening and development of the reform of physical education in the high school entrance examination.In this regard,many areas have promulgated various sports reform programs and policies.It is found that increasing the process assessment or increasing the process assessment score is one of the trends of reform in observing the sports policies of various provinces and cities in the high school entrance examination.However,there is no systematic evaluation system for the current process assessment scheme setting in various provinces and cities.Therefore,this paper uses literature method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process method and other research methods to review the current situation of the process assessment of physical education in the high school entrance examination,and constructs the process assessment index system of physical education in the high school entrance examination,in order to improve the scientific and fair process assessment of physical education in the high school entrance examination,so as to lay a foundation for training well-developed talents.In this study,the process assessment index system of high school entrance examination is constructed by Delphi method,and the comprehensive weight of each index is determined by AHP.Based on this,the following research conclusions are drawn:1.It is necessary to construct the physical education process assessment index system based on curriculum standards.Based on and guided by curriculum standards,the evaluation index system is conducive to exerting the due value of physical education and health curriculum.Based on the curriculum standards and the current situation of process assessment and the Delphi method,this study finally constructed the process assessment index system of high school physical education examination,including 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators.When formulating the process assessment program,the educational administrative department of each region should,based on the curriculum standards and combined with the actual situation of each region,formulate a comprehensive and diversified process assessment index system to improve the application benefits of process assessment.2.In the physical education process assessment index system,health-related literacy occupies a higher weight.In the final weight of indicators obtained in this study,the weight of indicators related to students’ health literacy or able to reflect students’ physical health level is higher.Therefore,the physical education process assessment should construct an index system focusing on students’ health literacy and taking into account the development of other contents in the core literacy of physical education and health curriculum,so as to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of students.3.The implementation feasibility and operability of each index affect the weight of the index.In the process assessment index,the index that is difficult to quantify and low in operation often occupies the lower weight.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the evaluation methods and means applied to each index,and develop more operational and accurate evaluation tools for the evaluation indicators that are difficult to evaluate,so as to reduce the influence of external factors on the rationality of the index system,so as to improve the actual benefits of the physical examination process of high school entrance examination.
