Because the youngster health continues to decline, in order to control this kind of phenomenon the,the country takes an examination of the implementation of the sustainable development of the sports system, the purpose is to achieve the result that with practice to test, improve teenagers' physique, also for the school attaching great importance to the intellectual development to ignore the phenomenon of physical education to improve; Develop students' physical quality comprehensive, foster the lifelong sports consciousness.Based on an examination system before and after the implementation of junior high school of puyang city sports curriculum as the research object, using the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, in puyang city mid-term exam system before and after the implementation of junior middle school sports curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, four aspects to investigate the physical education curriculum evaluation, the status quo of puyang city junior high school physical education curriculum setup and sports curriculum before an examination system, this paper compares and analyzes the condition of the summary of examination system of junior middle school sports curriculum changes, analyzes the causes, and scientific for the setup of the junior high school physical education curriculum and puts put forward reasonable suggestions. Research content mainly has the following several aspects:1. The physical examination system to the influence of the junior high school physical education curriculum objectives; Mainly from the students sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health, social adaptation five goals in the field of culture conditions were studied.2. The influence of the examination system of junior middle school sports curriculum content; Mainly from the study concept, exercise principle and method of study, study of sports, sports values the cultivation of the four aspects are studied.3. The influence of physical examination system for junior high school physical education curriculum implementation; From the sports curriculum, sports curriculum adjustment, application of physical education curriculum study three aspects.4.
