With the development of basic educations reform and the continuous improvement of curriculum standards in our country,which have basically solved how to teach,,what to teach.and what kind of materials to teach,however,how about the quality of teaching? Whether does it achieve the requirement of the curriculum standards? How should we evaluate and are the evaluation methods scientific? Furthermore,the students had exams if they reached the purpose of the evaluation These have become our problems needed to solve.In recent years,with the gradual maturity of the researching model of the consistency between the evaluation of standing abroad and curriculum standards,a number of researchers in this field have emerged in the domestic.Consistency analysis model is also constantly localized.In this paper,the author researches the entrance examinations for senior high school of ChiFeng city in recent five years that is the implementation of the new curriculum through the literature research,statistical research,comparative study and so on.On the one hand,we use the SEC consistency model to calculate the consistency coefficient between test questions of each year and the curriculum standards.From two aspects of content and the cognitive requirements are analyzed.On the other hand,it analyzes the innovation and deficiency of the questions.Finally,the results are obtained and some suggestions are put forward.The results show that there is no significant consistency between the test questions and the curriculum standards.From the point of the subject,sports and force,electromagnetic energy is higher than the proportion of curriculum standards from test questions of the five years.The cognitive requirements are lower than the curriculum standards,and the understanding is higher than the curriculum standards.On the whole,test questions to the requirement of students are higher than the curriculum standards.The problem is too inflexible and lack of innovation.However,the scores of diminishing as a whole makes in the author of this year worried,and whether this is contrary to the college entrance examination reform system.Whether this will affect the local students to go out to learn.Through this study,the author puts forward some suggestions to the author and the teacher,and sincerely hopes that the evaluation of the city's learning level will be improved and the quality of education will be improved.The measurement and evaluation of education in China is more standardized and scientific.
