| Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education,constantly improve the immediacy of ideological and political course,so that students really love,agree and practice the teaching content of ideological and political course,can not be separated from the teacher as a key factor.The key to a excellent ideological and political class is the teacher,so it is vital to improve the immediacy of the ideological and political class teacher to conduct a great ideological and political class.The immediacy of ideological and political teachers affects the teaching quality of ideological and political classes and the cultivation of students’ core literacy,and the immediacy of ideological and political teachers has received increasing attention.This study uses literature research,questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of secondary school teachers’ immediacy based on students’ evaluations,mainly investigating the three dimensions of secondary school teachers’ teaching immediacy,relationship immediacy and personal immediacy.By reading and reviewing the literature on teachers’ immediacy at home and abroad,the author defines the core concept of " teachers’ immediacy" and "immediacy of secondary school ideology and politics teacher" in this research,constructs an immediacy scale for secondary school teachers of ideology and politics,and based on the scale,developing an immediacy questionnaire for secondary school teachers of ideology and politics,and conducting a survey with students from all over the country as the subjects of the research.Interviews were also conducted with students and teachers.The research found that:(1)the overall level of immediacy of secondary school ideology and politics teachers is high.(2)Secondary school ideology and politics teachers have a high level of teaching immediacy,with teachers scoring the highest in teaching connection to reality and the lowest in teaching innovation.(3)The relational immediacy level of secondary school ideology and politics teachers is relatively low,and the teachers’ concern for students after class needs to be strengthened.(4)Secondary school ideology and politics teachers have the highest level of personal immediacy.(5)Grade level and administrative area of the school are key factors in students’ perception of secondary school ideology and politics teachers’ immediacy.(6)The three dimensions of secondary school ideology and politics teachers’ immediacy are highly correlated with each other;the three dimensions of secondary school ideology and politics teachers’ immediacy are moderately correlated with students’ motivation and cognitive learning.(7)The immediacy of secondary school ideology and politics teachers has a positive predictive effect on students’ learning.Based on the research results,the study puts forward targeted recommendations.First,secondary school teachers of ideology and politics should optimize teaching language and enhance language charm;second,secondary school teachers of ideology and politics should enhance teacher-student interaction and close the distance between teachers and students;third,secondary school teachers of ideology and politics should be knowledgeable and erudite and enhance individual literacy;fourth,secondary school teachers of ideology and politics should refine abilities and enhance teaching quality. |
