With the increase of the number of graduate students enrolled year by year in China and the expansion of enrollment in various universities,as well as the increase of the number of college graduates in recent years,coupled with the increasingly severe employment situation,the entire graduate group will face greater employment competition.The graduate students of non-normal majors can not escape this competition,which puts invisible pressure on the graduate students of non-normal majors.However,excessive employment pressure will produce a series of negative emotional problems such as employment anxiety,which will affect their study and life.Therefore,this problem has aroused social concern.This paper takes the non-normal graduate students of H Normal University as the main research object,and uses the methods of questionnaire,participatory observation and non-structural interview to investigate the employment anxiety of non-normal graduate students of H Normal University.It is found that the causes of employment anxiety are social,university,employer,family and personal factors.The author first sorts out and summarizes the reasons for the investigation;Secondly,cognitive therapy theory,group dynamics theory,mirror self theory and social support theory are included in the design of group activity plan;Thirdly,organize and carry out group activities according to the group activity plan,fully enable the research object to conduct cognitive reconstruction,so as to form an accurate positioning of self,and gradually overcome the employment anxiety by learning from each other and sharing experience among the group members.And help them deal with anxiety,improve employment confidence,master interview experience and obtain employment skills.In the process of group activities,use group dynamics to form group consensus and promote the change of group members and the realization of group objectives.Group activities are evaluated through process evaluation and result evaluation.In the evaluation of the results,the pre-and post-measurement was carried out by means of scale measurement,and the results were compared.It was found that the anxiety level of the group members was significantly reduced,which had a certain effect,indicating that the intervention of group work could effectively alleviate the employment anxiety of non-normal professional graduate students.In the last part of this paper,the conclusion was given on the contents of the group activities,From the perspective of social work professional services,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to alleviate the employment anxiety of non-normal major graduate students,and puts forward reasonable suggestions from the four aspects of the country,school,family and individual.
