For 5,000 years,China’s excellent traditional culture has been sharpened and nourished generations of Chinese people,and is the foundation of the Chinese nation’s standing in the world.In his report to the 20 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "only by combining the basic principles of Marxism with the concrete reality of China and the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and by adhering to the application of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,can we correctly answer the major questions raised by the times and practice." The future belongs to the youth,and hope is placed in them.When youth are strong,the country is strong.Education is a major plan for the country and for the Party.What to train,how to train and for whom to train is the fundamental issue of education.As an important moral education course,senior secondary school Civic Studies takes the establishment of moral education as its fundamental task and aims to nurture socialist builders and successors.In order to further implement the important idea of "two combinations",further promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and further enrich and expand the teaching practice of senior high school Civics and Politics classes,this paper takes the integration of the excellent Chinese traditional culture into the teaching of senior high school Civics and Politics classes as the theme of research,with a view to exploring an appropriate way to provide reference for teaching practice.It consists of five parts.The first part is a theoretical elaboration.The first part is a theoretical exposition of the basic concepts of this study,such as "excellent Chinese traditional culture","high school ideology and politics" and "cultural confidence".The second part elaborates on the feasibility of integrating Chinese traditional culture into the teaching of high school ideology and politics from three perspectives:the Chinese nation has a fine tradition of attaching importance to ideological and moral education since ancient times;Chinese traditional culture is rich in resources for teaching ideology and politics;and basic Marxist theory and Chinese traditional culture are not opposed to each other.At the same time,the importance of integrating Chinese traditional culture into the teaching of senior secondary school ideology and politics is discussed from three perspectives: helping students to establish a correct view of nationality,culture and values.In the third part,the current situation of the integration of Chinese traditional culture into the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes is investigated by sending online questionnaires with interviews,and the relevant survey data are analysed in terms of the current situation of high school students’ awareness of Chinese traditional culture,the current situation of teachers’ application of Chinese traditional culture,and the current situation of the integration of Chinese traditional culture into high school ideology and politics classes in improving students’ cultural confidence.The three aspects are analysed.Based on the current situation of the survey,the fourth part analyses the problems encountered in the current teaching practice,mainly including teachers’ superficial explanation of the content of the teaching materials;relatively single classroom teaching methods;students’ weak interest and poor attitude towards learning Chinese outstanding traditional culture;and vague concepts of outstanding traditional culture,and analyses the causes of the problems.The fifth part proposes corresponding measures to address the problems in practice,from improving the teaching evaluation mechanism;fully developing and utilising the teaching resources in Chinese excellent traditional culture,promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture "new" "alive" The fifth part of the course proposes measures to address the problems in practice. |
