In recent years,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have promulgated the Guidelines for Improving Traditional Chinese Culture Education,Opinions on Implementing the Project of Inheriting and Developing Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture and other policy documents for accelerating the development of traditional culture education,which clearly put forward that traditional culture education should be included in the curriculum and teaching material system.As a basic subject,primary school Chinese should naturally bear the responsibility of cultivating students’ national pride and self-confidence and improving students’ humanity accomplishment.Professor Wen Ru-min,editor-in-chief of the Ministry of Primary School Chinese Textbooks,mentioned that in the preparation of this set of textbooks,an attempt was made to incorporate the contents of Chinese traditional culture in the textbooks in a comprehensive manner.In primary school,students are at a critical stage in their physical and mental development,but also in their worldview,outlook on life and values.Therefore,primary school students are in the best period to receive systematic excellent Chinese traditional culture education,and this stage is also the key period to cultivate students’ good character and behavior.Students at this stage are very malleable in their cognitive development.It is the key to pay attention to their learning of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.It can be seen that strengthening the excellent Chinese traditional culture education is of great significance to improve the quality of primary school students,so we should give full play to the advantages of teaching materials from the practical point of view of primary school students.The selected articles of Chinese textbooks has rich cultural connotation in both form and content.It is also an important carrier of national will and mainstream ideology.As a basic subject of cultural education,Chinese curriculum has the task of establishing the cultural confidence of students,and Chinese education is the main channel and the main position to carry out Chinese excellent traditional cultural education.Educating people according to the selected articles is an important way to implement the excellent Chinese traditional culture education in Chinese language subjects,that is to say,using excellent Chinese traditional culture articles to achieve the goal of educating students.The research idea of this study is "why-what-how".By analyzing the educational value of the selected articles of excellent Chinese traditional culture in primary school Chinese textbooks,as well as the distribution,content characteristics and arrangement characteristics of the textbooks,this paper expounds the reasons for carrying out this research.Through the interview survey,the author analyzes the problems existing in the teachers’ teaching process of the articles of the excellent Chinese traditional culture education in primary Chinese under the background of cultural confidence.The author puts forward the teaching strategy of the articles of the excellent Chinese traditional culture education in primary Chinese under the perspective of cultural confidence in order to better realize the value of the articles.This study mainly includes:The first part clarifies the educational value of Chinese excellent traditional culture in primary school language education from the perspective of cultural confidence under the new curriculum standard.Primary school Chinese education to improve students’ cultural confidence mainly has the cultivation of Chinese core quality,enhance students’ national identity,promote cultural inheritance and innovation,enhance students’ cultural confidence and other educational values.The second part mainly analyzes the theme distribution and content selection characteristics of the excellent Chinese traditional culture in primary school Chinese teaching materials.Taking the selected texts of excellent Chinese traditional culture in the ministry edition of primary school Chinese textbooks as the main analysis material,combined with the connotation of excellent Chinese traditional culture and the definition of excellent Chinese traditional culture selected texts in the new curriculum standard,this paper expounds the quantity distribution,theme classification,connotation characteristics,arrangement characteristics and other contents of selected texts.The third part is the present situation of selected texts of excellent Chinese traditional culture in primary school Chinese teaching is investigated and analyzed by classroom observation and interview.To understand the teaching situation of teachers relying on the excellent Chinese traditional culture to realize the value of education and students’ learning situation.On the basis of the investigation,it concludes the specific problems existing in the teaching process of the selection of Chinese excellent traditional culture in primary school language education.That is,primary school students’ cognition of excellent Chinese traditional culture is shallow;Pupils’ consciousness and ability to practice culture consciously are insufficient;Teachers’ concept is limited,ignoring students’ cultural perception;Teaching separated from students’ life,students can hardly have emotional resonance;Lack of cultural practice activities,students lack of cultural field;Teaching evaluation ignores the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The fourth part tries to put forward the teaching strategies of Chinese excellent traditional culture education in primary school by combining specific examples,which mainly include the following points: design strategies of teaching objectives focusing on cultivating cultural awareness;Teaching content organization strategy based on mining cultural highlights;Focusing on the transformation strategy of education mode to enhance cultural identity;Carrying out the implementation strategy of process teaching evaluation to understand Chinese culture.This paper aims at providing suggestions for teachers to optimize the teaching of Chinese excellent traditional culture education.In the fifth part,the author tries to use the proposed teaching strategy in combination with the selected texts of representative Chinese excellent traditional culture,and analyzes the effectiveness and pertinence of the proposed teaching strategy,the existing deficiencies and the space for further improvement in combination with the classroom observation research.
