| Red cultural resources are an important part of the cultural resources of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and are the valuable wealth created by the CPC in the socialist practice under the leadership of the broad masses of the people.The red cultural resources represented by the the Taihu Lake Guerrilla Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army in Suzhou,the former residence of Qin Bangxian,and the "three heroes of Changzhou" are prominent manifestations of the red cultural resources in southern Jiangsu,with the regional characteristics of southern Jiangsu.Applying the numerous and rich red cultural resources of southern Jiangsu to the teaching of ideological and political courses in local junior high schools will help to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,help to cultivate new people of the era who are responsible for national rejuvenation,help to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in local junior high schools,and help to realize the innovative development of the red cultural resources in southern Jiangsu.The current situation of the application of red cultural resources in the ideological and political education of local junior high schools in southern Jiangsu is summarized from three aspects: students have a certain understanding of the red cultural resources in southern Jiangsu,teachers’ increasing awareness of using the red cultural resources in southern Jiangsu,and the improvement of the campus atmosphere of red culture in southern Jiangsu.The results are summarized from three aspects: incomplete understanding by students,insufficient cognitive understanding,low enthusiasm of teachers,and outdated teaching methods,And the lack of support from schools and the lag in development and utilization are the three specific problems that exist.The causes of the problems are analyzed from three dimensions:the lack of interest in red culture among middle school students,the low level of red cultural literacy among teachers,and the lack of attention and unified guidance from schools.Based on this,this paper proposes strategies for the application of red cultural resources in the teaching of ideological and political courses in local junior high schools in southern Jiangsu from three aspects: enhancing the subject consciousness,enhancing the endogenous motivation of red cultural resources,improving the quality of teachers,exerting the leading role of using red cultural resources,strengthening the role of schools as the main battlefield,and improving the long-term mechanism of using red cultural resources. |
