Psychological resilience is an important factor in an individual’s response to various negative events such as stress and frustration.Low-income households belong to vulnerable groups,which have been at the bottom of society for a long time,and are very easy to cause psychological damage to low-income households,endanger their physical and mental health,and produce unsafe behavior.Field research found that the social adaptability,coping ability and psychological resilience of lowincome households are poor,and the level of psychological resilience is low.At present,social assistance work has gradually shifted to a more diversified work model,not only focusing on the economic level of help,but also gradually guiding social forces to participate in the improvement of individual ability,so it is the right thing for social work to intervene in the improvement of psychological resilience of low-income households.Based on this,this study takes psychological toughness as the theoretical support,relies on the "three districts" internship project,and takes the low-income households in village X of the internship site as the research object,focusing on the mechanism of improving the psychological toughness of low-income households.This study conducts a comprehensive understanding of low-income households in X Village through field observation and qualitative interviews,analyzes the feasibility of social work intervention in the psychological resilience improvement of low-income households,and then selects a typical low-income household as a case study object,through practical research,explores the psychological resilience improvement strategy and service model of low-income households from the perspective of social work,and constructs two blocks,"support system" and "comprehensive service system",with "family support system + low-income household support system" as the "family support system + low-security household support system" The psychological resilience improvement service system model combined with the operation mode is aimed at improving the ability of poor households to cope with stress or events and psychological resilience,improve their psychological resilience level,and promote better development of individuals.
