| National fitness has gradually risen to become a national strategy,which not only has a positive impact on sports industry and sports career,but also affects the sports life of every citizen.As an important bearer of public sports products,the community plays an important role in improving the physical health of residents and meeting their sports needs.As an important grip to promote the national fitness strategy locally,the Changsha City Smart Community Fitness Center Project has formed a certain scale while occupying an important position in the local community public sports services since its construction in 2019.Unlike previous studies on the supply of public sports products,this paper takes the wisdom community fitness center in Changsha City as a case study and establishes an evolutionary game model between the local government and commercial sports companies,community residents and commercial companies to explore the inputs,benefits and related benefits of each actor in the supply of public sports products,and obtains the following two main conclusions.First,in the evolutionary game between local governments and commercial sports companies,whether local governments choose to participate in the construction of smart community fitness centers depends on whether the social benefits of participating in the project far outweigh the costs of financial subsidies.In the case of commercial sports companies,it depends on whether the financial subsidies of local governments and the operating benefits are greater than the costs of fixed assets.Second,in the evolutionary game between commercial sports companies and community residents,in the case of commercial sports companies,whether or not they choose the strategy of participating in the construction of smart community fitness centers depends mainly on whether community residents are less motivated in community fitness centers.In the case of community residents,it depends mainly on the price of the smart community fitness center card and the quality of service.Of note is the impact of governmental rule restrictions on the motivation of commercial companies to participate and the impact of residents’ actual experience on the actual implementation of this project.Therefore,in order to further promote smart community fitness centers to achieve national fitness,local governments need to continuously optimize the effective path of multi-body participation in public sports product supply in terms of top-level design of public sports product supply,benefit-risk distribution mechanism,and endogenous motivation cultivation at the grassroots level to continuously enhance residents’ sense of well-being and access. |
