| The implementation of the "Double reduction" policy is an important opportunity for the development of middle school physical education.To a certain extent,it relieves the students’ burden of homework and the burden of a large number of training institutions,let students have more energy to devote to physical exercise activities,which is very important to enhance the physical fitness of students.Under the turning point of“Double reduction” policy,how to achieve“Homework load reduction,exercise increment,the general strengthening of Students’ physical quality ” is a question we need to ponder.This article mainly uses the literature material method,the questionnaire investigation method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method and the logical analysis method and so on research method,carries on the systematic investigation to the junior high school physical education teaching present situation after“Double subtraction” implementation,analyze the existing problems and their causes,and propose relevant solutions to different problems.Research shows that:First,under the background of "Double reduction",the junior middle school sports teaching encountered the following problems: first,the students’ cognition of sports is out of line with the concrete sports practice;Thirdly,the content of physical education is not rich enough,fourthly,the selection of physical education teaching method is not reasonable,fifthly,the lack of sports equipment and facilities,sixthly,the lack of evaluation and feedback system of physical education;Seventh,the teaching level of physical education teachers is uneven.Second,the causes of the problems are: first,students do not pay enough attention to sports learning;second,they do not give full play to the role of extra-curricular sports activities;Fourth,the subjective factors of PE teachers lead to unreasonable selection of teaching methods;fifth,insufficient funds lead to the lack of teaching equipment and facilities;Seventh,physical education teachers lack the motivation of continuous learning and progress.Third,put forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows: first,to strengthen the students to the importance of sports learning and practice,theoretical learning and sports practice fully combined,learning to apply;The second is to build a mechanism of physical education in and out of class to make physical education more complete and better teaching results,we can introduce some new sports items with lower requirements to the field conditions or some local traditional sports items with special characteristics Fifth,to improve the current physical education teaching environment,to create more convenient teaching conditions for students,so that students can study in a high-quality environment;To make effective information feedback to PE teaching in time,so as to make the PE teaching process more perfect. |
