Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Physical Education Teaching In Changle District Primary School Of Fuzhou City Under The Double Reduction Policy

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,physical education in primary and secondary schools in China has ushered in a new development opportunity,which not only unblocks the channel for primary school students to actively participate in physical exercise,but also provides them with sufficient time guarantee and strong policy support.This thesis uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and other methods to investigate,analyze and summarize the basic situation of primary school physical education teachers in Changle District,Fuzhou City,the opening of physical education classes,and the implementation of physical education classes,and find that there are some problems in primary school physical education in this district at present: for example,some school leaders do not attach importance to physical education courses;The concept of PE teaching is backward,and the gender ratio of PE teachers is out of balance;Lack of venue equipment or inability to meet the normal class needs;The number of PE class hours is relatively small;The content of PE teaching is single,the teaching method is traditional and backward,and the evaluation system is imperfect;Students’ enthusiasm to participate in sports activities is not high.These problems seriously affect the physical and mental health development of students and hinder the realization of the goal of quality education.For this reason,this study aims at the above problems,combines relevant theoretical knowledge,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve a series of problems in the current physical education teaching in primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City,hoping to help the primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City improve the current situation of physical education and make it develop in a more scientific and rational direction.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the overall performance of physical education teaching in primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City is relatively good,with students’ enthusiasm for participating in sports being relatively high,and the number of delayed service courses for physical education after class is sufficient,basically meeting the demand for students’ physical education hours.2.The proportion of physical education teachers in primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City is average.Especially after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,in order to meet the needs of a large number of primary school physical education teachers,there are more young teachers among physical education teachers.Although most of them have bachelor’s degree or above,they can basically meet the needs of primary school physical education teaching,the distribution of professional titles is uneven,and the number of physical education teachers without professional titles and junior professional titles is far more than the number of physical education teachers with intermediate and senior professional titles.Moreover,many physical education teachers have a large workload,complex work content,and lack of opportunities to participate in training.There are generally problems such as conservative teaching methods and lack of rich teaching experience among physical education teachers.3.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the overall level of sports venues and equipment facilities in Changle District Primary School in Fuzhou City has improved,but the actual situation is not up to standard,and the teaching environment is average.The construction rate of sports venues is low,the per capita area occupied by students in sports venues is insufficient,and the per capita utilization rate of sports equipment and facilities is low.Only a small proportion of physical education teachers believe that the teaching conditions in schools basically meet the needs of physical education classes,while a majority of primary school students are dissatisfied with the school’s venues and sports equipment.4.In the context of the "double reduction" policy,the primary school management department in Changle District of Fuzhou City does not attach high importance to physical education,and there are still situations where physical education classes are occupied and class hours are insufficient.Especially in the sixth grade primary school classes,when schools,teachers,and parents face pressure for students to enter school,they voluntarily give up physical education classes.5."The safety issues related to physical education teaching accidents in primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City have not been basically guaranteed,and safety issues are widespread.Teachers and students have weak awareness of sports safety,due to the lack of attention paid by schools and teachers to sports safety issues,and the frequency of safety training for students is relatively low.".Based on the analysis of the current situation of physical education teaching in primary schools in Changle District,Fuzhou City,combined with existing problems,the following optimization strategies are proposed:(1)Actively introduce corresponding sports policy support to provide institutional guarantees for the development of primary school physical education.(2)Vigorously integrate school sports resources and optimize the construction of sports venues and facilities.(3)Comprehensively strengthen the construction of the physical education teacher team and reasonably arrange the teacher structure.(4)Strengthen the awareness of safety precautions in physical education classes and conduct timely safety education and training.(5)Establish a diversified evaluation mechanism to promote the comprehensive development of students.
