| Since the establishment of the Corps in 1954,the people of the Corps have inherited and carried forward the bones of their revolutionary predecessors from generation to generation,and in the course of nearly seventy years,the people of the Corps have been stationed in the thousands of miles of frontier defense,writing a magnificent chapter of defending the frontier and building Xinjiang.Its spiritual culture with the main content of "love for the motherland,selfish devotion,hard work,pioneering" not only inherits the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and carries forward the revolutionary will of perseverance,but also advances with the times and continues to absorb the new contents and features of the new era,gradually forming the values consciously followed by the people of the Corps.School culture construction is an important element of school education management,which plays the function of moral quality education and profoundly carries the important responsibility of establishing moral education.Integrating the Corps spirit as a unique local culture into school culture construction is more in line with the core foundation needs and development needs of the Corps’ own school culture construction,which not only helps to promote and inherit the Corps spirit,but also provides the correct spiritual guidance for the Corps’ school culture construction in the new era.As the second and third generations of soldiers,children of the Corps have been influenced by the culture of the Corps since they were young,and they have a relatively high degree of understanding and recognition of the Corps spirit.Accordingly,this study selects the Y Middle School of the S Division of the Corps as a typical case,and divides the study into six parts to discuss the rational consideration,empirical description,problem perspective,and path exploration and suggestions of integrating the Corps spirit into school culture construction.The first part of the introduction mainly elaborates the reason for the selection of the topic and the significance of the study;the second part discusses the connotation and contemporary value of the Corps spirit and school culture construction,the theoretical basis and rational analysis of the integration of the Corps spirit into school culture construction,and mainly elaborates the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the Corps spirit into school culture construction,especially the contemporary value and unique advantages of the integration of the Corps spirit into school culture construction.The third part explores the practical exploration process of integrating the Corps spirit into the cultural construction of the Y Middle School of the S Division from four dimensions,including school spirit,behavior,system and material,on the basis of a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the school running situation of the Y Middle School of the S Division.The fourth part sorts out the main problems arising from the lack of theoretical guidance,the lack of systematic linkage guarantee system,the poor integration of school culture and moral education curriculum,the lack of outstanding characteristics of cultural construction and the lack of awareness of cultural construction among teachers and students in the process of integrating the Corps spirit into the cultural construction of the Y Middle School of the S Division due to environmental influences,changes of times and cognitive differences.The fifth part elaborates the practical path of the construction of the special culture of the Corps schools in the Y Middle School of the S Division according to the main connotation of the Corps spirit,focusing on four aspects such as the education of students’ ideology and morality,the shaping of values,the standardization of teachers’ code of conduct,and the creation of school spirit.The sixth part puts forward the specific suggestions of establishing a sustainable theoretical guidance system for the integration of the Corps spirit into school culture construction,attaching importance to top-level design and improving the guarantee system,integrating the Corps cultural resources into curriculum thinking and government,deepening school history education and strengthening teachers’ and students’ sense of identification with school culture.In the face of the complex and ever-changing ideological and cultural environment of the new era,tapping and using the rich educational resources of the Corps spirit into school culture construction helps schools adhere to the educational purpose of establishing moral education,bring into play the educational function of cultural education,promote the promotion and inheritance of the Corps spirit,cultivate students’ consciousness of patriotism,guide students to form correct value orientations,and shape their hard work,pioneering,and positive spirituality. |
