Research On The Development Path Of The Sports Social Organization Of The Eighth Division Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

Promoting the reform of sports social organizations,mobilizing and exerting the functions of sports social organizations in managing social sports and carrying out national fitness campaigns is the goal of the current reform of sports social organizations.Taking the sports social organization of the Eighth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the research object,using the methods of literature data,questionnaires,expert interviews,field investigations etc.,the research studies the current status of the development of sports social organizations in the Eighth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and analyzes development opportunities,advantages,and existing problems,and puts forward development paths and suggestions.The following main conclusions and recommendations are obtained through the research.(1)The development status shows that: it has begun to take shape,several sports social organizations have a greater influence,and the structure of sports social organizations is relatively scientific and reasonable,presenting a typical “spindle” model.(2)The development opportunities are reflected in the following aspects: National fitness has risen to a national strategy,which increased the space for development;the diversification of sports management has created opportunities for development;the government's sports departments have simplified the power and changed its functions,bringing new demands;national top-level reforms and specific policies has created conditions for development.(3)The main development advantages are: "The mergence of the Corps and the Local" system is conducive to the urban sports social organization to obtain various resources;the special social security system is conducive to stabilizing the development of sports organizations in the suburb;with the clearness of national development policies,there are post advantages of the lagging development of social organizations in sports.(4)The main problems are: The contradiction between “government and society is not divided” remains prominent,which restricts the exertion of the role of sports social organizations;sports social organizations are not strong in their own right,and there are development difficulties in terms of capital,talent,and management;effective trainingmechanisms are needed when facing the rapid growth of social organizations in community sports of urban and rural areas.(5)Development paths and suggestions: the research puts forwards concrete suggestions from the following four aspects: strengthening the organization of sports social organizations,strengthening the training of sports social organizations,actively promoting the purchase of public sports services,and optimizing the development environment.
