According to the latest education quality monitoring report released by the Ministry of Education on physical education and health courses,the eighth grade students in township middle schools are inferior to the eighth grade students in cities and counties in many aspects.In remote mountain areas,economic development is relatively backward,and school sports resources are scarce.The essential function of school physical education is to strengthen students 'physical fitness.As an important part of school physical education,physical education has improved students' physical fitness and physical education has become an important way.The rapid flexion compound exercise is a relatively new type of exercise with various forms of exercise and low requirements for field equipment.It can effectively improve the rapid expansion and contraction of muscles and the explosive power and sensitivity of the lower limbs.This study uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,and mathematical statistics method to randomly select the remote mountain and township middle schools to represent the eighth grade of yundong middle school in Duyun City,Guizhou Province.(43 persons)served as the control group and conducted a 12-week teaching experiment with experimental intervention time of 10 weeks.The experimental intervention is part of the physical fitness exercises in the PE class.The exercise content of the experimental group is a quick-stretching compound exercise,and the exercise content of the control group is a common physical exercise.From the changes of body shape,physical function and physical fitness,the distribution of students 'physical fitness test scores,and the changes in students' attitudes towards physical education,the analysis of the effects of the rapid expansion and compound exercises on teaching quality of physical education has drawn the following conclusions:1.In terms of body shape,there was no significant difference in height,weight,and BMI between the two groups of students,and BMI was within the normal range;in terms of physical function,there was a significant difference in the vital capacity of boys,while the vital capacity of girls did not Significant differences occurred,but the mean lung capacity of girls in the experimental group was greater than the mean lung capacity of girls in the control group.In terms of physical fitness,there were significant differences in boys '50-meter,standing long jump and sitting forward flexion,while girls' 50-meter and standing long jump showed significant differences.2.In the distribution of physical health assessment results: the distribution of theassessment results of the students in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,and the increase in the assessment results of the students in the experimental group is greater than that in the control group.3.Attitude towards physical education class: The experimental group prefers more physical education students than the control group,and the experimental group students have a greater positive change in attitude towards physical education class than the control group.
