Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, to train applied talents play an important role. Higher vocational education with the aim to develop students’ employment, in the setting of curriculum content to cultivate the students’ professional and practical operating ability, so as to adapt to economic development and social needs. Based on the working process of the systematic practice teaching of the course is the rea.l work of hotel jobs at present task as teaching content, and fully take into account when teaching students’ vocational ability development rule, according to the teaching from easy to difficult, from a single task situation teaching situation teaching eventually include more than one task. Each unit of the situational teaching is a complete work process, combine all elements is a complicated working process of the situation. This article through the concrete case analysis of the working process of the systematic teaching method, so as to improve teaching efficiency and cultivate the students’ practical skills.First of all, through the literature method, this paper analyzes the research status quo of higher vocational education at home and abroad. At the same time, through the investigation on the current hotel management professional teaching in vocational colleges are analyzed. Mainly from the curriculum content, curriculum teaching methods, curriculum implementation from three aspects of analysis, found that currently exist in teaching, practice teaching content and the social demand gap, between curriculum and jobs, traditional, single teaching method and practice problems such as weak.Then, according to the working process of the systematic idea and higher vocational education to the cultivation of the students majoring in hotel management standard, analysis of professional post and work tasks, according to the theory and practice, the combination of situational learning process and the principle of customer service of hotel management major in systematic teaching design. And developing teaching evaluation, using the given priority to with formative assessment, and combining the summative evaluation ways of evaluation.Finally, the design scheme of the working process of the systematic teaching implementation and analysis of its effect in practice. In ningxia vocational and technical college of industry and commerce of class two of grade12students as the research object, one of the classes as experimental classes and the implementation of the teaching design, another class for that in comparative classes. After the practice teaching of guest room management based on working process systematic course application in the actual teaching effect test, analysis of test results summarized at the same time, the deficiency in the study of and reflection.This study emphasized based on the working process of the systematic teaching method, will work as a teaching contents and combining the working situation and learning environment, on the one hand, make the teaching quality improved, on the other hand also make students interest in learning, behavior, operating ability is also improved.
