As an indicative document of physics education and teaching in junior middle school,the Physics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory education is the basis of physics textbook compilation and curriculum arrangement.As an important part of the physics textbook,exercises are not only an extension of the curriculum knowledge,but also the feedback to evaluate teachers’ teaching in class.The study on the consistency between the exercises and the curriculum standard can provide some guidance for the revision of the curriculum standard and the textbook.This study takes the exercises in the first and second volumes of the eighth grade physics textbooks of Luke Edition as the research object,and uses the literature analysis method to determine the research status of this topic.In this way,the corresponding research tools are selected and the content analysis method is used to encode the curriculum standards and the exercises in the textbooks of Luke Edition.First,the Weber model is used to conduct the consistency analysis from four dimensions.Then SEC mode is used to calculate the consistency coefficient between the two,so as to determine the consistency degree of the two more scientifically.The Weber consistency analysis shows that "sound and light" and "property of matter" show strong consistency in knowledge types.The consistency of "mechanical motion and force" and "mechanical energy" in knowledge depth is high.In terms of the breadth of knowledge,the consistency level of "mechanical movement and force" is good,but the consistency level of "various forms of movement" is low,covering fewer knowledge points.In terms of the balance of knowledge distribution,the four subjects all reach above 0.7,which indicates that the distribution of knowledge under each subject is relatively balanced.From the SEC consistency analysis results,the consistency coefficient under the theme of "various forms of exercise" is low.Through the bar chart analysis,it is found that the after-class exercises in the textbook pay more attention to "understanding" and "application",while the exercises set for the low cognitive level of "memory" in the curriculum standard are less,so there will be some differences.However,through analysis,it is found that the exercises are consistent with the requirements of the curriculum standard.Since the object of this study is the textbook under the 2011 curriculum standard,while the textbook under the 2022 curriculum standard has not been published,it can be seen from the analysis that the content of the same part is still very consistent.Therefore,it is suggested to add exercises related to life,society and science and technology in the process of writing the new textbook on the basis of following the current exercises,and attach importance to interdisciplinary practice,so as to make the knowledge points covered in the exercises in the textbook more comprehensive.
