The fifth batch of new college entrance examination comprehensive reform has started,and the new curriculum reform has already reached the eighth time.The promulgation of the new curriculum standard is an important achievement of the eighth curriculum reform.In this context,this study quantitatively analyzed the degree of alignment between the high school physics exam papers in provinces that have implemented the new college entrance exam and those that are testing it,and the "General High School Physics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" using methods such as content analysis,literature analysis,and statistical analysis,through SEC consistency analysis.This study consists of the following work: First,analyze and organize the theoretical research of consistency paradigm,and select the SEC consistency analysis paradigm suitable for this study to provide theoretical support for the research;Secondly,combined with the college entrance examination physics paper and the new curriculum standard,transform the two-dimensional matrix framework of the SEC consistency analysis paradigm in order to adapt to the current situation of education reform in our country.Thirdly,define the cognitive level,define the coding process,analyze and code the new curriculum standard,complete the two-dimensional matrix of the content theme and cognitive level,and standardize the matrix to get the ratio matrix.Fourthly,analyze and code the exam paper to form the two-dimensional matrix of the content theme and cognitive level,and get the ratio matrix after standardizing.Fifthly,calculate the two ratio matrices and get the consistency coefficient by SEC consistency formula,and use Matlab software to calculate the reference value of the consistency coefficient.Sixth,analyze the consistency coefficient from the overall,content theme and cognition level horizontally and vertically,and make a comparative study between each set of test papers and the new curriculum standard.Seventh,based on the research conclusions,offer reasonable suggestions from academic quality level,examination papers,curriculum standards and teaching,in order to provide some references for teachers at work in provinces that have not implemented the new college entrance examination.The main conclusions of this study can be summarized into the following four aspects.Generally speaking,the consistency coefficient between the four different versions of physics examination papers and the new curriculum standard in the last two years is lower than the reference value,and there is no statistically significant consistency.From the aspect of content theme,the four different versions of the test papers fit poorly with the new curriculum standard.On the whole,the paper focused on "mechanical motion and physical model","law of interaction and motion","mechanical energy and its conservation law",and reduced the strength examination of "energy and sustainable development" and "electromagnetic oscillation and electromagnetic wave".For the content of electricity,magnetism,electricity and magnetism,the knowledge distribution ratio between the test paper and the new curriculum standard is basically the same.For the elective content topics of "mechanical vibration and mechanical wave","light and its application","solid,liquid and gas","atom and nucleus" and "wave-particle duality",the content ratio of the test paper was lower than the new curriculum standard.From the aspect of cognitive level,the consistency level between the four different versions of the test paper and the new curriculum standard is low.According to the new curriculum standard,the most topic is "awareness" level,accounting for more than half of the content,"knowing" level accounts for the least,and "understanding" and "application" level accounts for about one-fifth.The test paper emphasis on the examination of knowledge points at the level of "knowing","understanding" and "application",and reduces the examination strength at the level of "awareness".From the comparison of four different versions of test papers,there are differences in consistency,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the overall consistency coefficient of test papers from large to small is Shanghai test papers,Jiangsu test papers,Shandong test papers,national B test papers;The questions of Shanghai,Jiangsu and Shandong are more focused on the examination of the basic knowledge of compulsory courses 1 and 2.In addition,compared with other papers,the Shanghai paper have the most content topics at the "awareness" level.
