a preliminary outlook on life,worldview,and values.The family education environment has a subtle and profound impact on the growth of preschool children.A good family education environment can have a positive effect on the growth of preschool children.On the contrary,a poor family education environment has a negative impact on the growth of preschool children.In rural areas where Miao people live in concentrated communities in China,there is a unique cultural content of Miao people in the family environment.The cultural elements of Miao people,such as diet,architecture,and customs,are permeated into every aspect of the living environment of preschool children,and have important educational value for their development.However,due to the limitations of natural geographical environment and the influence of unfavorable regional culture,etc,There are also many problems in the family education environment for preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group,which is not conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of preschool children.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to conduct a survey on the family education environment of preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group,deeply analyze the impact of the family education environment on the development of preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group,and promote the creation of a good family education environment for preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group.In order to understand the current situation of the family education environment for preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group,this study used questionnaire,interview,observation,and case analysis methods to investigate the current situation of the family education environment for preschool children in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group.It explored the unique value of the family education environment in rural areas inhabited by the Miao ethnic group for the development of preschool children,and made reflections and suggestions on it.Firstly,analyze the advantages and unique values of the material and spiritual environment of rural family education in Miao inhabited areas for the development of preschool children.In terms of material environment,close family relationships can provide a warm family environment,a simple and open living environment can provide free activity space,a natural and authentic overall environment has rich educational resources,the distinctive Miao children’s play and toys enrich the content of games,the unique style of stilted buildings promote the development of spatial thinking,and the unique dietary culture is conducive to the cultivation of good dietary habits,Colorful Miao costumes are conducive to the development of aesthetic abilities.In terms of spiritual environment,good ethical and moral education promotes the cultivation of good moral norms.Family education methods such as oral and experiential teaching can stimulate interest in learning,a strong atmosphere of ethnic festivals can enhance happiness and ethnic identity,Miao language communication can enhance identification with the language and culture of the ethnic group,and good ethnic customs and habits can promote the formation of good moral qualities.Secondly,explore the disadvantages and reasons of the rural family education environment in Miao inhabited areas for the development of preschool children.In terms of material environment,low family economic income affects the acquisition of high-quality educational resources,the absence of family education subjects leads to the lack of complete family care,poor living environment is not conducive to the cultivation of good behavior habits,the small quantity and low quality of books and toys affect intellectual development,and poor family environment layout is not conducive to the formation of good quality;In terms of spiritual environment,the unscientific concept of family education restricts the development of early education,the unreasonable way of family education lacks correct guidance,the gradual dilution of traditional education content of the Miao ethnic group is not conducive to the inheritance of ethnic culture,effective parent-child communication is relatively lacking,which hinders social development,and the lack of harmonious family atmosphere is not conducive to the formation of good character.The reasons for the formation of disadvantages include: the low level of cultural quality of caregivers and parents,insufficient time and energy of caregivers,prominent internal reasons of intergenerational upbringing,limitations of natural environment,influence of social environment,and external reasons of unfavorable regional culture.Finally,based on the above analysis,effective countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to address the disadvantages of improving the rural family education environment in Miao inhabited areas for the development of preschool children.Firstly,in terms of the family,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of parents,attach importance to the construction of the material environment for family education,create a good spiritual environment for family education,and attach importance to the traditional content of Miao family education.Secondly,in terms of kindergartens,it is necessary to strengthen connections with families,help improve parents’ awareness and ability of family education,and utilize local Miao cultural resources to enrich the educational content of kindergartens.Thirdly,in terms of society,it is necessary to accelerate the economic development of Miao ethnic settlement areas,encourage migrant workers to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment,accelerate the infrastructure construction of Miao ethnic settlement areas,use social media to promote correct marriage concepts,and create a good regional cultural environment. |
