| The concept of the new curriculum standard requires teachers to change the role of teachers of traditional knowledge and skills,turn to education and teaching with students as the main body,advocate students’ autonomy,cooperation and inquiry learning,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue from the perspective of art teaching.The characteristic of topic-based teaching method is that it is student-centered and meets the educational requirements of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,the application of topic-based teaching method in junior middle school art teaching is of great significance.The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of topic-based teaching method in the field of art appreciation and comment in junior middle school,with the innovation of improving students’ comprehensive literacy,improving teachers’ teaching ability and enriching teachers’ teaching methods.On the basis of the relevant theories of educational psychology,such as constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory and learning pyramid theory,through the methods of literature research,case analysis and investigation,the author makes a research on the application of topic-based teaching method in the field of art appreciation and comment in junior middle school by means of action research and experimental research.The investigation shows that at present,there are some problems in the field of junior high school art “appreciation and comment” teaching,such as teachers’ weak pertinence in topic selection,students’ weak consciousness of autonomous learning,single teaching evaluation system,one-sided teaching evaluation system and so on.this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems and puts forward optimization strategies from four aspects: reasonable selection of topics,improvement of teachers’ professional level,transformation of students’ learning methods and enriching teaching evaluation methods.This paper takes the first lesson of the second volume of the seventh grade,“From life,Higher than life”,the second lesson of the second volume of the eighth grade “the Promotion of Truth,Goodness and Beauty” and the first lesson of the second volume of the ninth grade “European and American Art Works with their Own Characteristics”.As an example,this paper analyzes that the topic-based teaching method is an effective teaching mode to improve the traditional classroom.From the perspective of students,the topic-based teaching method changes students’ way of learning and way of thinking,stimulates students’ learning motivation,and improves students’ autonomous learning ability,speculative ability,aesthetic ability and subject core accomplishment ability,cultivate students’ creative thinking;From the perspective of teachers,the topic-based teaching method enhances teachers’ professional quality and professional ability development,and improves teachers’ teaching ability.Due to the lack of training in teaching practice,the lack of teaching research ability and the relatively new topic selection,the discussion of this topic is still in a relatively shallow stage and fails to achieve a more systematic and in-depth study of this issue.However,this will also be a broad space for the author to continue to study this subject in the future.To sum up,the topic-based teaching method has a positive application effect in the field of “appreciation and comment” of junior high school art,and can promote the development of students’ comprehensive literacy and the cultivation of innovative thinking ability.This study provides the necessary reference and guidance for the improvement and improvement of art teaching in junior middle school.As my research ability is limited,further research needs to be explored in the future teaching practice,in order to better meet the needs of different student groups and learning environment. |
