Since the founding of new China,the party and the state have always regarded labor education as one of the important objectives of talent training.Restricted by subjective conditions in different periods,for quite a long time,the education field does not pay enough attention to and investment in labor education,and labor education has become a weak link in quality education.In the new era,labor education has become an important part of China's five education all-round development policy.The Party Central Committee with the core,based on the overall needs for talents of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation,takes labor education as an important content to promote the all-round development of students.In order to thoroughly implement the important exposition on education,fully implement the party's education policy,implement the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,and speed up the construction of an education system for the comprehensive cultivation of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,the Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for labor education in primary and secondary schools(Trial),focusing on what labor education is,what to teach How to teach,refine relevant requirements and strengthen professional guidance.The importance of labor education has reached an unprecedented height.In addition to the short experience of learning agriculture,the whole middle school stage,especially the high school stage,labor education,whether in classroom teaching or the second classroom,has a tendency of weakening and marginalization.High school is the key stage of teenagers' growth.The moral education of Ideological and political course in high school plays a unique role in school education.Its moral education function is to educate students in cultural knowledge and help students establish a correct outlook on life and values.Among the rich educational contents of high school ideological and political course,it can provide students with basic labor concepts and related labor knowledge.This advantage is unique to high school ideological and political course.Therefore,we should pay attention to and excavate the content of labor education in Ideological and political course in senior high school,and give full play to the role of political course in cultivating students' all-round development and cultivating morality.This paper adheres to the problem orientation,combs the existing problems and reasons of labor education in Ideological and political course in senior high school with the method of empirical research,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The thesis includes three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.This paper mainly summarizes the connotation,characteristics and necessity of labor education in Ideological and political course in senior high school,and expounds the theoretical basis of labor education in Ideological and political course in senior high school,including Marxist labor view,the basic viewpoint of the Communist Party of China on labor education,labor thought in Chinese traditional culture,etc.Through the method of interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of labor education in Ideological and political course in senior high school,especially the existing problems and reasons,from three aspects:insufficient attention to labor education,backward teachers' labor education teaching consciousness and imperfect labor education teaching evaluation system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in Ideological and political course in senior high school.The school optimizes the curriculum of labor education,gives play to the linkage between home and school,and improves students' participation in labor practice;Teachers should enhance their labor awareness and quality,improve their professional level,and reflect on education and teaching methods;Improve the evaluation of comprehensive quality education,improve the teaching evaluation level of teachers' labor education,and enrich the main body of labor education teaching evaluation.
