| As China’s economy enters a stage of high-quality development,industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,and new technologies and formats continue to emerge,the different demands for human resources in the whole society have intensified the degree of contradiction between supply and demand.However,it also provides development opportunities for the human resource service industry.Specialized human resource outsourcing services can play an important role in adjusting the contradiction between supply and demand,effectively connecting the employment demand and talent supply of enterprises,and serving as a communication link between enterprises and talent.With the increasing number of related enterprises engaged in human resource outsourcing services,while rapidly developing to obtain strategic opportunities,policy support and high market demand have led to intensified competition among enterprises in the industry,presenting a fierce and complex competitive situation on the whole.As a leading enterprise in the industry,although FS Company has a deep foundation,it still inevitably faces enormous industry competition pressure.In recent years,its development trend has shown signs of weakness,with market share and revenue showing a decreasing trend year by year,bringing crisis to the development of the enterprise.In today’s fiercely competitive market environment,facing numerous competitors,how to choose a competitive strategy that suits one’s own development,further strengthen the advantages of human resource outsourcing services,and ensure industry status and competitive advantage is a problem that deserves in-depth consideration and analysis by industry enterprises,including FS Company.Currently,the basic theoretical research on corporate competitive strategy has been relatively rich in academic circles at home and abroad,but the research focusing on the combination of human resource outsourcing services and differentiated competitive strategy is relatively weak.The existing exploration of this industry mainly focuses on the development of product business and human resource management,and there is less research on better carrying out differentiation strategies around services to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.For FS Company,it is imperative to consider how to scientifically plan and formulate a competitive strategy suitable for human resource outsourcing services based on the current internal and external development environment,combined with its own advantages and characteristics.Based on this,this article takes FS Company as the research object,analyzes the external macro environment,internal core competitiveness,and industry competitors of its human resources outsourcing services.It uses the Porter Five Forces Model to analyze the current competitive situation and problems of the enterprise,and uses PEST to analyze the opportunities and threats in the external environment of the enterprise,Refine the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment.On the basis of using the SWOT analysis method to clarify the competitive strategy combination plan of FS company,the selection of FS company’s differentiated competitive strategy was determined through the quantitative strategic plan QSPM matrix.Based on this,the basis for strategic selection was analyzed,and the implementation path and guarantee measures of the strategy were proposed based on one’s own resources and capabilities.The conclusion of the thesis is expected to have a positive impact on FS Company’s human resource outsourcing services in obtaining competitive advantages in related fields.Its analytical methods and theoretical tools can provide certain reference and reference significance for the selection and formulation of competitive strategies for relevant human resource service enterprises. |
