Economic development in China is changing to a high-quality stage,and the requirements of social division of labor are becoming more refined and professional,and human capital will become one of the most core production factors.Human resource outsourcing refers to the outsourcing of some functions of human resource management to professional organizations for operation in order to improve efficiency.It is introduced into the country with the implementation of China’s reform and opening policy as well as foreign institutions.At present,there are few marketing strategies for outsourcing services from the perspective of human resources service companies,and there is a lack of reference guidance.In view of the new situation of the current human resource service industry and market demand,this article takes the human resource outsourcing service organization F company as the research object,and optimizes the company’s marketing strategy by using relationship marketing theory,which can not only enrich the theoretical research of human resource outsourcing services,but also provides important reference to the healthy and sustainable development of various market entities in the human resource service industry.This paper uses PEST and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the marketing environment of company F’s outsourcing business,combined with first-hand data such as on-site interviews with customer satisfaction surveys of company F,to find out the relationship marketing problems in company F.Taking into account national policies,the article not only uses SWOT matrix analysis to put forward a marketing strategy that is in line with the future development of F company.Moreover,this article uses relationship marketing theory at the micro level to conduct analysis and research from customers,employees,strategic partners,competitors,etc.,to optimize marketing strategies based on the current reality.At the same time,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the relationship marketing strategy,specific safeguard measures have been put forward in terms of policies,personnel,and funds to help Company F become a well-known enterprise with strong professionalism and excellent service quality in the human resources service industry.
