After decades of development,the domestic human resource service industry has entered a development and upgrade stage that scale and diversification to innovation and perfection.Especially in recent years,as China’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,and the country has introduced a series of normative documents on labor relations,urging industrial enterprises to pay more attention to comprehensive HR costs during the entire business process.The main business of HS human resources company is labor dispatch,which the market has become saturated,the competition has become increasingly fierce,and the new national policy restrictions the development of labor dispatch.It is an inevitable way to enhance the company’s competitiveness that develop new businesses to meet customer needs based on the original customer resources.This article has analyzed the business status,development issues and various factors of HS company to find a feasible competitive strategy.This paper discusses the development bottleneck problem of HS company,though analyzing the development and current situation of foreign human resource service companies,carding the domestic human resource service industry.First,HS company’s opportunities and threats are summarized by analyzing company’s external environment which using the PEST model and Porter’s five forces model.Secondly,analyzing the internal resources and capabilities of HS company to summary internal advantages and disadvantages.Thirdly,according to the above analysis results,the company’s internal advantages and disadvantages,analyzed through SWOT matrix,QSPM matrix analysis is used to conclude that HS company should use external opportunities to make up for its own shortcomings.Finally,in the process of implementing the company’s differentiated competition strategy,it is proposed implementation measures.Through the analysis and research of HS company,this article chooses the strategy that suits the company’s own development,promotes HS company to form a sustainable competitive advantage,and promotes the company’s long-term development.
