Research objective: As far as football is concerned,balanced capacity plays a vital role.The promotion of balanced capacity is conducive to improving football players’ application of various kinds of fundamental techniques and various items of physical capacities displayed in the competitions,thus enhancing the athletics level of football players and increasing their sports results.The result is that for classroom instruction or specialized training in football,the question of how to effectively raise the balanced capacity of trainers is of extreme significant.Jumping into plyometrics is one kind of the novel training mode to develop explosive power and various items of physical attributes of the human body.It exploits one type of natural response demonstrated when the muscles of the human body are stretched intensively.This kind of reaction is also called as the "stretch-shortening cycle(SSC)" or the "stretch reflex myotatic reflex".This research conducts a twelve-week jumping into plyometrics for football general course students,tests their balanced capacity and correlation qualities before and after the experimental intervention,and compares and analyzes the test outcomes to probe into whether or not jumping into plyometrics can exert a positive effect on the balanced capacity of football general course students,thereby providing practice foundation and theoretical gist for the application of jumping into plyometrics in football teaching and training.Research methods: This thesis will use literature review method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method as research methods.In this thesis,thirty-two boy students from the 2022-Grade sports education football general course class of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education and Sports(NIPES)are selected as the study objects,and they are randomly divided into experimental group and matched group,with sixteen students in each group.The experimental group did jumping into plyometrics,while the matched group did routine football training,and both groups will continue for another twelve weeks,once a week.Both practices are scheduled for Friday morning.The equilibrium capacity and correlative quality of the experiment personnel are tested before the start of the experiment and after the end of training for four,eight and twelve weeks.In the end,the thesis performs statistical analysis on the obtained empirical data.Research results:(1)After the experiment,there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the matched group in the test outcomes of various items of balanced capacity(P>0.05);after the experiment,the test outcomes of various items of balanced capacity within the experimental group are significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.05),while the test outcomes of various items of balanced capacity within the matched group are not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).The improvement ratio of the various terms of the equilibrium capacity is larger in the experimental group than in the matched group.(2)After the experiment,there is no significant difference in the test outcomes of lower limb explosive force between the experimental group and the matched group(P>0.05);after the experiment,there is a significant difference between the test outcomes of lower limb explosive force within the experimental group and before the experiment(P<0.05),while there is no significant difference between the test outcomes of lower limb explosive force within the matched group and before the experiment(P>0.05).The improvement ratio of the lower limb explosive force is larger in the experimental group than in the matched group.(3)After the experiment,there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the matched group(P>0.05).After the experiment,the test outcomes of speed quality within the experimental group are significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.05),while there is no significant difference between the test outcomes of speed quality within the matched group and before the experiment(P>0.05).The improvement ratio of speed quality in experimental group is larger than that in matched group.(4)After the experiment,the test outcomes of the sensitiveness quality between the experimental group and the matched group are significantly different(P<0.05);after the experiment,the test outcomes of the sensitiveness quality within the experimental group are significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.05),while the test outcomes of the sensitiveness quality within the matched group are not significantly different from that before the experiment(P>0.05).The ratio of improvement in sensitiveness quality in the experimental group is larger than in the matched group.Research conclusions:(1)Under the training plan of this study,there was no significant difference in the test results of balance ability,lower limb explosive power,and speed quality between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.However,there was a significant difference in the test results of sensitivity quality between the two groups after the experiment.The improvement rate of various test indicators in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.(2)Rapid stretching composite training can effectively improve the muscle strength of the lower limb joints of the human body and better exert the control ability of the central nervous system.In addition,due to the unique exercise mode of rapid stretching composite training,it can also enable the human body to master more stable landing techniques and better muscle coordination,ultimately achieving the goal of improving human balance ability and various physical qualities. |
