Modern football competitions,an increasingly competitive and confrontational,all kinds of events and games,it puts forward new requirements on the athletes physical training arrangement,especially for high level athletes,generally no preparation for a long time,even if the way of organization design according to the traditional cycle longer gestation period,because of the run-up training load is reduced,also not to have a certain level of athletes to produce effective stimulus,and for some sports teams in colleges and universities,often in preparation for a major event in the past,are all adopt the way of short-term training to organize the training of the players.Therefore,how to effectively improve the competitive ability of players in a relatively short period of intensive training has become a subject that every coach has to study.This study first on tectonic cycle theory in sports training system of research and study,combined with football special physical training,design the tectonic cycle type of physical stamina training plan,and applied it in xi 'an sports college football team prepare for the 2018 national sports league soccer competition third qualifying workout in the period of physical training,and JiXunQi to 18 players before and after the physical quality evaluation,so as to analyze the design of the type of tectonic cycle of effects of physical training plan.This study USES the literature material method,expert interview law,tectonic cycle training method,test method and mathematical statistics,through the literature material law will be today's football physical training present situation and the tectonic cycle theory to carry on the detailed elaboration,and through expert interview method to determine the players each physical quality test content,and then by tectonic cycle training method to design the optimum plate cycle theory of physical stamina training plan and implement,finally through the test method and mathematical statistics in all kinds of physical quality level before and after the players to science and mathematical analysis,finally get the following conclusion:1.The physical training plan of the whole training period is designed and arranged in strict accordance with the main idea of the training,and the main structure of the training is composed of three parts,namely accumulation,transformation and realization.The training contents in these three parts are also different according to the different training objectives,but at the same time they complement each other.During the accumulation,the cycle plate is composed of a 4-week cardio-strength cycle and a 2-week cardio-strength cycle,aiming to fully mobilize and develop the anaerobic and aerobic abilities of the team members.The transformation period is composed of two weeks of small burst period and two weeks of anoxy-velocity period.The realization cycle consists of a 1 week maximum speed fully fitting the specific-the specific physical ability to maintain a small cycle.2.From the comparison of the physical fitness test results of each item before and after the training,there were significant differences between the 30 m accelerated running performance,vertical jumping performance and yo-yo test performance before and after the training(P < 0.05).Lllinois sensitivity test results before and after the comparison showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01);However,there was no significant difference in the performance before and after 10 m accelerated run and triple jump(P > 0.05),and we analyzed the reason might be related to the players' warm-up excitement before the test and the unique movement mode of triple jump.By contrast,it is concluded that the effect of analysis before and after the exclusive design cycle of plate type of physical stamina training plan within the various sectors of the arrangement of the training content and training intensity and organizational or more scientific and reasonable,the players' physical quality test results before and after contrast also indicates that physical training plan of this tectonic cycle type of college football player in all kinds of physical quality influence is positive.
